The hotel is just right opposite Vivocity. Room though is small but it is clean, bed is comfortable, water pressure and heater are in excellent condition. Service wise (reception) can be improved with a simple smile and soft tone. The rooftop bar is such a waste as they only played Indian songs, rather than international genre to match the vibes

Room is very abit small but it’s very clean and comfortable. 2-3 mins walk to HarbourFront MRT station and Vivocity Mall.

Good stay clean and simple room. Has sufficient amenities, topped up $5 for access to The Station that has coffee, microwave, ice dispenser, includes laundry too. Location is a 10 mins walk from Harbourfront MRT exit. Has a bus stop (opp VivoCity) if taking bus. Got a room facing VivoCity which is great but the sun also shines into the room in the morning till noon from the window. No floor mat provided, bed is too high and difficult to get on it. One sliding door for shower n toilet area. Overall still a nice one day stay.

New policy of 2 days then housekeeping not so convenience ...my rubbish bin already full of rubbish after 1st day... Press housekeeping light also no 1 will come clear....plus meaning stay for 2 days u will only have 2 bot of water..

A beautiful hotel with decent facilities that are well maintained. Reception staff, however, could be a little warmer/friendlier.

An average hotel. Dislike the bathroom door which is transparent. cleanliness of the room can be improved. Good thing is the hotel is located near to a shopping mall.

Easy to get in and around, fast check in and out. No fuss . Good shopping and Xmas decorations

Worth booking ever with every amenities that I need and also the sea view 😊 (with many containers 😂) But too bad that there is no hanger to hang your clothes as the bathroom is seperate with shower and toilet bowl. You only can hang your towel or cloths outside, it's not convenient if you are not staying in couples. The rest are good and clean enough 👍

Great Location with a Few Minor Drawbacks Booked this for mom and dad! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Sentosa Express, which offers free rides to VivoCity mall, making it super convenient. It's also close to MRT stations and bus stops. One thing to note: the hotel only provides full room service if you stay for at least five nights. For shorter stays, they change towels and restock toilet paper every other day. The bed was unusually high compared to most hotels—I actually had to climb up to get in! Their room faced a cemetery which they weren't very happy with. Mom and dad loved the swimming pool and used it almost everyday. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of VivoCity, the Sentosa Gateway, and the surrounding area. There were many great food options nearby. A small note on water: the hotel provides two complimentary bottles on the first day. Singapore’s tap water is safe to drink, but if you’re not used to it, it might cause stomach issues. To be safe, consider buying bottled water from FairPrice in VivoCity. Overall, they enjoyed their stay! The only downsides were the unusually high bed. But these were minor issues in an otherwise pleasant experience.

Conveniently located nearby mrt and Vivo mall. The room is a bit small. The toilet and bathroom are separated by partition and share the same sliding door. The room itself is clean. Good enough for short trip
