Hotel is clean and many choice of food around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. will stay again..

The carpark for motorbike is far from the entrance lift. Concierge staff was polite and let us check in early. Hotel lobby was so amazing. The floor level stack up is very nice. The lift was great, when going up can see the ground as the rear glass door lift was transparent. Premier club 9th floor is awesome the floor covered with full carpet. Love it. Room is clean, toilet is so spacious and unfortunately there’s 2 cockroach inside the toilet. 1 is near the toilet bin, another 1 is at the shower area. I don’t like the room style when working on table the desk, can’t watch news at the tv at the same time. The side bed lamp is so big, there’s not enough space to put my handphone, iPad and beers. Gym is wonderful, have upper level, lower level, weight scale, locker and water dispenser. Swimming pool is awesome. provide us towels and the toilet is clean too. Evening cocktails is so high standard and the staff serves professionally. Minibar is fun trying the coffee machine, drinks inside the refrigerator is fully stock up. Provide soft drinks and beers. Tv has alot of worldwide channel. Room robe is comfortable when wore. Spices cafe staff was friendly the front Chinese aunty is very peramah. Breakfast food is great, have a lot of Asian style. India bellman was very hardworking and have a great personality. Overall stay was very satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

The booking was easy, just that we went there during weekends and we’ve got to wait in a long queue to check in.. the hotel is an old building but i can say its very clean and well maintained. Love that the toilet has bidet too, the room is spacious. The staff is very generous, we’ve got free upgrade for our room and we really enjoyed it. Sorry i didnt take any photos of the room, but trust me its really worth every penny! The location is great too, everywhere seems near and just a walking distance! We definitely will come again 💖💖💖

Sink stuck. Old building. Expensive price..

The hotel lobby was big and spacious. The room was clean and the most important it has BIDET in the toilet and filtered drinking water. The breakfast was good!

So far still ok, but the bathroom can see the little flies here and there . The antique vase 🏺 can be remove as not necessary.

Booked family rooms and it was the best decision i made for a staycation with kids. As we arrived, the bell hop attentively approached us and took our luggage. We checked in earlier at 12pm as the room was available. Here are some points abt the room amenities i feel are worth paying for. Spacious rooms ard 42 sm Bunk bed for kids King bed Work station Lounge chairs n side table Balcony Spacious toilet with Bath tub 2 toilet bowl 👻 Rain shower with attached shower head Filtered water point 55" tv screen Conveniently located at Somerset orchard area It's ard 10 mins slow walk to orchard central Managed to check out at 1pm upon approval for our next hotel check in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It is easy to connect with shopping area and rhe room was very comfort.

Big Structure not very new. Hotel is good equipment and room quite comfortable. Position is near one big road but not very near at the center. Good staying

Everything was great and the room was spacious! Walking distance to few shopping malls. Services provided by the hotel staffs were superb! It was just that the breakfast choices were average. Please note that most of the grab drivers will drop you in the backstreet of the hotel, and there are few pubs with foreigner ladies standing outside.
