Concorde Hotel Singapore recensioner

Nice gesture from hotel to upgrade our room! Awesome location and room was spacious! The building is relatively ok and a bit old but shouldn’t put you off at all.

Amazing place to stay. Right in the middle of orchard road. There a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also walking distance to the MRT Though a busy place, the room is quiet at night.

We had a short staycation during the CNY PH. Hotel location was good as it is walking distance to the malls like Plaza Singapura. Room was spacious but we were not so satisfied with the service provided. We have asked for a king size bed earlier but were given 2 single bed instead and the hotel receptionist informed us that they have combined the 2 single beds together and that it is bigger than the king size. Though the beds were combined, it still leaves a gap in between and my daughter could not sleep in the middle. There was a brown stained mark at the bed cover and the tv was having lines which gave us a headache. Hope the hotel management can look into the above matter. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel, we stay here the second time. Even it is old hotel but the room is quite big. They give us the corner room which is big enough for 3 people. Friendly staff. Bathroom is cozy , shower pressure is the best.

I had a great stay at Concorde! The location is nice, right on Orchard road with easy accessibility. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and sufficiently-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and I’d definitely return!

Everything was good and staff are friendly.

Booked a premier suite and the room was big and comfortable. There is a balcony too. Perfect getaway for couples and location of the hotel is surrounded with shopping malls and food options too.

Super Good location although the facilities are quite aging

We always stay here in Singapore lovely rooms showers a lot of noise from hotels down the road music playing so move us away with big balcony and lovely refresh rooms we are back in April all staff say hello and very friendly helpful we can not wait to come back thank you the Clifford’s 

Hotel is clean and many choice of food around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. will stay again..

The carpark for motorbike is far from the entrance lift. Concierge staff was polite and let us check in early. Hotel lobby was so amazing. The floor level stack up is very nice. The lift was great, when going up can see the ground as the rear glass door lift was transparent. Premier club 9th floor is awesome the floor covered with full carpet. Love it. Room is clean, toilet is so spacious and unfortunately there’s 2 cockroach inside the toilet. 1 is near the toilet bin, another 1 is at the shower area. I don’t like the room style when working on table the desk, can’t watch news at the tv at the same time. The side bed lamp is so big, there’s not enough space to put my handphone, iPad and beers. Gym is wonderful, have upper level, lower level, weight scale, locker and water dispenser. Swimming pool is awesome. provide us towels and the toilet is clean too. Evening cocktails is so high standard and the staff serves professionally. Minibar is fun trying the coffee machine, drinks inside the refrigerator is fully stock up. Provide soft drinks and beers. Tv has alot of worldwide channel. Room robe is comfortable when wore. Spices cafe staff was friendly the front Chinese aunty is very peramah. Breakfast food is great, have a lot of Asian style. India bellman was very hardworking and have a great personality. Overall stay was very satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

The booking was easy, just that we went there during weekends and we’ve got to wait in a long queue to check in.. the hotel is an old building but i can say its very clean and well maintained. Love that the toilet has bidet too, the room is spacious. The staff is very generous, we’ve got free upgrade for our room and we really enjoyed it. Sorry i didnt take any photos of the room, but trust me its really worth every penny! The location is great too, everywhere seems near and just a walking distance! We definitely will come again 💖💖💖

Sink stuck. Old building. Expensive price..

The Concorde hotel offered excellent value in the heart of the Orchard RD. district. Check in and out was quick and easy and the rooms were well appointed. I felt I got more than what I had expected which is always a pleasant experience!
