I checked in on a sunny afternoon, and while the room was comfortable, the air conditioning took some time to cool the space down. The executive club room was a delight, featuring a spacious bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub—perfect for unwinding. The club lounge impressed me with its variety of dinner options, and the lychee pistachio cream cake was an absolute standout—truly delicious! The next morning, the breakfast area was bustling, but I enjoyed the warm soya milk, which was a nice touch. However, I wasn’t a fan of the plastic cups provided for coffee, so I headed back to the lounge for a better cup. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few standout highlights!

Very nice place, great location. Also the staff is friendly and gace us a free upgrade. Very much appreciated. Most importantly, they got complimentary parking too. Overall great stay. Lots of great food choices (cafes, restaurants, food street around too.

Tha Hotel has been renovated to suit modern travelers need. The lobby on the ground floor is spacious and very conducive and cozy . House keepers wete amazing and done a fantastic job keeping our room clean when we go out.

The building is a little old but they have renovated. The corridor carpet is smelly. The water tap was not operating properly. Overall the room is clean, and for 1 night stay is fine.

My first time here. Ok for a short stay. As a matter of fact, I’ve made an advance booking about a year ago for my child’s birthday celebration. He has specifically requested for a swimming pool and a bathtub. I’ve booked it at a rather high rate too, sighhh.. However, he was not available at the eleventh hour! Oh well! By the way, It was rather strange that some of the elevators couldn’t read our room key cards to go to the specific floors! It has caused many of the guests much inconvenience! I went to checkout the swimming pool and it was rather crowded. Hence..I’ve decided to use it early the next morning. But alas..it rained cats and dogs! So, I’ve decided to soak in the bathtub instead. The tap and the stopper were not working properly. Hmmm.. Thank you.

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

The hotel has a great location, very close to MRT. It also has everything we need and want, such as restaurants, convenience store, swimming pool, fitness centre etc. Wifi speed was good too, always automatically connected as long as we are in the building.

Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated but it was clean and fine for a couple of nights. Housekeeping is every 3 days, probably for environmentally friendly reasons, so we needed to request for them to come and help us remove rubbish. There is a 7-11 right next to the lobby so very convenient. Overall a great stay.

The room is spacious, but the furniture is old, although very well maintained. The bathroom features a bathtub which is quite inadequate to use the shower safely. Breakfast is reasonable for Western options, however, the coffee machine is excellent. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the MRT and about 15 minutes from China City and Clark Quay.

So the hotel location is ok cause you re 30 minutes from airport and close to metro so is in the middle , big hotel nice views but i believe they have issues with the timing of the food, i order 2 dishes one in 40 minutes and the other one forget about it and after 1 hour and 30 minutes brought it and it was wrong ,but the person who was at the bar take care of me and fix the issue ,im saying that cause they need management on the food thats all ,everyone is nice ,kind and helpfull

Good breakfast with halal food. Lobby even has a children’s playground. Feels newly renovated.

Nice location n value for money. Booked a small room and was given free upgrade. :)
