Very big and comfortable room with a full kitchen. Staff were all very friendly, service was really good. Location is really perfect as well. Will highly recommend.

Totally enjoyed the space and facility at park lane suites. So homely feel. Service was good right from front desk. Indeed Goodwood Park gold standard.

The room was lovely. Had so much space and most importantly, it was clean! Had no issues with the location and check in process was utterly smooth. They provided a buggy service too from main lobby to the hotel room building.

A bit sad for not being served with cake which was promised earlier on through email confirmation. Room is spacious with an excellent garden and pool view. Breakfast is non-halal.

On personal note, my 1st impression at the lobby was unpleasant. Not friendly. Not welcoming. Checking out time, was much better. The guy who sent us up to our room was friendly. Clean room. Very spacious. Love the pillows and bed. The water that we boiled tasted weird. Forgot to feedback to them. We drank from the mineral water provided. Overall my family is happy. Great experience.

There's a reason it's always been called The Goodwood Park, and not The Greatwood Park... this is one of the grand old dames of Singapore, she's feeling her age and is in need of fairly extensive refurbishment to take her kicking and screaming into the 21st Century and justify the rather steep 5 Star prices being charged. All that said, the charm still exists and the location is superb. Just wear your pith helmet and fashion a handlebar moustache if you're planning to stay.

celebriting my daughter's birthday and have a wonderful time. In addition, The hotel actually gave us.a complementary birthday cake and the kids are overjoyed. well done!

My special thanks to Mr Aslam of the Front Office who did arrange for the suitable room 351 for me & my sister, to Mr Shukri of the Coffee Lounge, who assist in making us felt so comfortable during our breakfast here and lastly to Mr Abd Samad who voluntarily assist us to see the Parklane apartment nearby.
