PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

Amazing! The staff were fabulous especially Vita and Sara, the cleanliness top notch and the buffet breakfast and dinner brilliant! They couldn’t do enough for you, if you needed anything you just had to ask, everyone was so friendly, it really made our stay in Singapore wonderful, we’d definitely like to return, not only to Singapore but the hotel too. The bonus was the pool and the food options by the pool, again, the staff there were great. And the views from our rooms were fantastic, I’d booked for my parents also and they saw the light show from the accross the bay, one evening.

I stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay during a solo business trip to Singapore, mainly because I had meetings near Marina Bay Sands. The hotel checked many boxes for me, especially its convenient location, Halal certified breakfast buffet and walking distance access to train stations. The reception area on Level 4 immediately left a strong impression. The interior is beautiful and filled with greenery, somewhat reminding me of Gardens by the Bay. It feels modern, relaxing and very photogenic / Instagrammable at the same time. I appreciated the convenience of online check in and check out. During check in, I was assisted by Yarik, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He thoughtfully gave me a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again, Yarik. The room itself was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was very clean, and I really enjoyed the bathtub and toiletries provided. Another thing I loved was the coffee selection in the room. There were different coffee strengths available, from mild to very strong, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys coffee a lot. I visited the hotel gym as well. It is not huge, but good enough for a basic workout. Since I am an Anytime Fitness (AF) member, I also walked to the nearby Suntec City AF branch, which was very convenient from the hotel. The location is excellent. Promenade MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station are both within about five minutes’ walk, and the Merlion Park area is nearby too, making it easy for me to go jogging. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. I especially loved the blended juice with ginger and cinnamon. On checkout day, although my late checkout request was initially declined by Lydia at the reception counter because the hotel was full, the team later managed to accommodate my request after I explained my situation. Thanks as well to Yi Quan for assisting during checkout. Overall, this hotel was amazing. I genuinely enjoyed the stay, especially the thoughtful service and the Halal certified breakfast buffet.

We just love our stay at PARKROYAL Marina Bay. We booked the urban suite and the room was spacious and best of all, there were 2 toilets in the room! Service at the lounge was beyond excellent. Particularly want to mention Adam and Simon who were very attentive, friendly, and service oriented. Adam recommended us a special mocktail which we enjoyed very much. We love every single bit of the hotel. The only thing we might want to say is not as what we expected, is that the toilet bowl feels low and smaller than typical hotel ones.

Our stay was awesome! The pool was pleasantly warm, making it perfect for both daytime and evening swims. The location was also very convenient, with shopping malls nearby where we could relax and enjoy great food. The in-room dining was excellent as well, with delicious meals and prompt service. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at the club lounge level for 5 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. Having access to the lounge was convenient.

Fantastic stay with incredible service and dining! I had a wonderful experience staying in a Club Room. The food options were absolutely amazing—both the Peppermint restaurant for breakfast and the club lounge offered a great variety of delicious dishes. Special thanks to Simon at the lounge for his outstanding hospitality and attentive care. He truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I had a comfortable stay at PARKROYAL and really appreciated its excellent central location, which made getting around Singapore very convenient. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience the peaceful atmosphere, complemented by birds chirping around the dining area, made each morning feel calm and refreshing. The amenities were decent and well-maintained, and the overall experience was pleasant. A solid choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Singapore.

Had a great relaxing stay. The hotel is always amazing. From the room cleanliness, amenities, the facilities are all near to perfect. Staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and cheerful. From the one connect team, to the lovely and happy and cheerful housekeepers. Speaking of cheerful, both the cheerful, helpful and lovely ladies by the poolside also are great staffs. Special out and thanks to Farhan in reception with his great can-do attitude, great personality and great character and smoother than butter check-in and check out process. Keep up the great work everyone! A great friendly and amazing team! Will definitely come back again if I ever need a place to relax and chill again. Also the room service food was so good!
