Apparently Trip.com had made the booking in an unorthodox way, but the hotel staff was kind and patient enough to sort out my booking expediently. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, location is good if you're comfortable using the MRT and bus network in Singapore.

Amazing stay, cozy room and excellent service. Location was great with 711 convenient store just around the corner. Decent American style breakfast.

Walls were a little too thin - I could hear the next hotel room's snorer +- the occasional sounds. The pool was nice and relaxing at night.

Hotel is in a great location just minutes away from the train station that will take you almost everywhere. The only downside is that the room was tiny, bed as well quite small. Everything looks fine and clean, staff is nice and helpful. Location is a must.

Overall is good, hotel is clean, service in breakfast is good, except customer service at concierge is average and got fire alarm at 3am all the sudden in 1 night without reason.

Great check in experience by Jeremy and he patiently explained on the facilities. Room size ok however there is moldy smell coming from the carpet. Cleanliness to be improved. Could see carpet still having crumbs and dusty.The lady cleaning my room was very helpful and friendly though. On 2nd day saw one 'bug' not sure was it bed bug or some German cockroach on the bed. My neck had some redness and itch thereafter.

Good vibes, good atmosphere. Very convenient. Breakfast is standard which can be better. Room is spacious enough and room amenities are just fine.

The overall experience is decent. One to mentioned is that the toilet was not properly cleaned when we checked in.

Good neighborhood location with River side walk. There was 7-11 within a min so I could get some water etc. The Room was a bit small but comfy for one person. I loved it was very quiet at night so that I could have a good sleep. Recently renovated. I will come back for my work trip due to good price and the quality of the accommodation. Overall very good 👍

Hotel is conveniently located, around 5 minutes of walking from the Fort Canning MRT station, and Clarke Quay is within walking distance. The hotel has a nice decor and the lobby area is as advertised on photos. The room is a bit small, while it is clean and the view of the surrounding area is pleasing. Service is available but can only be accessed by phone. One downside is that sound insulation is quite poor, and you can hear clearly when people talk in the corridor, and the sounds in other rooms when you are at the corridor. Overall I would stay again at the right price because of the location.

Went for an impromptu staycay during my off day. Pros: 1. Very near fort canning MRT 2. Have Cold Storage(supermarket), 7-11(convenience store), eateries nearby. 3. Managed to get an early check-in at 1pm due to room availability 4. Fitness Gym is well equipped, enough for a proper workout while on a vacation Cons: 1. Room is rather small like Toyoko-inn and Comfort hotel in Japan 2. No bathtub, only shower 3. A few water stains on the glass panels. Not a problem if you are not a clean freak 4. Pool was really normal. Only a bunch of retirees taking a sunbath. 5. The coffee machine and water dispenser within the room was spoilt. Nevertheless, they replaced them with a new set. Overall conclusion: Not bad and practical. Not for you if you are a clean freak.

Hotel location is pretty accesible, near to Tekka and Orchard, hence q easy for transportation wise. Staffs are friendly! Room is nice and cozy :)
