I recently booked my 9-day stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Singapore through Trip.com, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Trip.com made the booking process seamless, ensuring a hassle-free journey. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and well-maintained rooms, exceptional service, and prime location that made exploring the city so convenient. Feel like home here, so convenient! Near supermarket, raffle hospital, not far from public transportation

兩房一廳，面積寬敞，景觀好。周圍交通方便。房內有洗衣機和烘乾機，適合長住人士。 房內有螞蟻，這點在熱帶國家比較常見。 酒店內衞浴設施供應不夠充足。

很乾凈，服務很好，房間很好，很喜歡床和枕頭，很舒服。不過推小童車和行李多的要慎重考慮，遇到最麻煩的酒店，沒有直接可以到出租車站的電梯，轉來轉去的，很不人性化。公寓和酒店都一樣，酒店需要門僮幫忙抬下去，很尷尬，每天出去幾趟，每次都考慮要不要給小費，不給吧他們為我服務了，還很辛苦。總之，沒有這方面顧慮的可以考慮。

房間挺大，設施一般在新加坡這種地方其實算不錯了

During my one-month stay, thanks to the friendly and considerate hotel staff, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant and comfortable life without feeling any inconvenience or sense of unfamiliarity in a foreign place. In particular, I believe that Cindy and the current rotation staff are not only highly professional but also warmer and more welcoming than staff at any other hotel in any country. I sincerely want to express my heartfelt gratitude to them. The hotel facilities and room conditions were slightly dated, but they were quiet and clean. The swimming pool and gym were spacious, convenient to use, and overall very satisfying.

We stayed for 2weeks from november 22nd to december 8th 2024. We booked the 2 bedroom deluxe for 3 adults and 2 kids. Service from front desk was the best I have ever experience. They were accomodating and helpful to all our needs. Our microwave was not working so we called reception and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. We noticed the aircon was not working to optimum and they came to clean and service the next day. Also they brought us a floor standing air filter unit. Very thoughtful of them. The apartments are convinently located along Beach road with 2 mrt stations within walking distance - Nicoll mrt and Bugis mrt. Arab street is right across the road with lots of good eating places and shops. Bugis was only 10mins away. Also in the basement of the service apartments building there is a little coffeeshop selling wanton mee, baos, breakfast noodles and hot drinks. A pastry shop, 7 eleven, dry cleaners and a minimart-a big plus for getting those necessities and extras for the familyThe apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Our stay was memorable and we will definitely come back again! Thank you Aiman and Kisho for making our stay memorable. You went out of your way to help us. My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous stay at ParkRoyal Serviced Suites Beach Road during our recent visit to Singapore in October 2024. This visit was a celebration of my 60th birthday and so we really wanted the place where we lived for the time in Singapore to be extra special and we were not disappointed. The building is centrally located and within easy walking distance from one of the iconic locations in Singapore, Haji Lane and nearby to Arab Street. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a lovely view from the living room which provided a beautiful backdrop to early and late-night tea drinking. Housekeeping came daily except for Sunday, (which was fine with us). The gym was compact and had all the necessary equipment to remain in shape over a holiday including countless epicurean delights. The Spa was delightful and easily accessible while breakfast could be had at downstairs at Ginger restaurant or at any of the nearby eateries. Ginger offers a buffet with a lot of food choices. We used the airport transportation that was offered by the hotel to take us to the airport, and this was a seamless process. However, by far the best thing about ParkRoyal Serviced Suite was the staff! They were warm, friendly, knowledgeable and really great representatives of both the hotel and their country. Always a pleasant greeting as you entered or left the hotel without being intrusive and this obtained across the board with each staff member we encountered. Cindy, Kisho, Alfonso and Oscar are worth Employee of The Year Awards. They were kind enough to give me a birthday cake on my birthday and gifted me with an orchid bloom. I am a huge orchid lover, so this was a perfect symbolic offering. Interestingly I also received a birthday cake from the lovely people at the Spa! The people are who made this stay a wonderful experience.

A place you should visit! Especially Front Desk Cindy provided very good professional service. Everytime pass by reception will always see her put a smile on. Which nowadays traveller needed for. Her approach really make my stress away. A very good free coffee at reception 24 hours for coffee lovers. Cindy bought surprise gifts for my birthday recently. Very nice view from room. A TRUE Tip Top service.

Marvelous stay here at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites. Cindy always entertainment me everytime I reached home. She is very energetic everytime and put on a smile on her. Very patient lady at front office. Thank you for service provided. She always follow up my comfort stay and Amenities in room very full. Very nice lady always talkative and chatty at lobby. Convenient to travel around city. Overall good stay. Will definitely recommend to people and my family next time come back to Singapore.

Superb service. Excellent service staff special mentioned Cindy at Front Office. She always approached us whenever we need her help. She very warmth and welcome. Here stayed for a 2 Bedrooms Deluxe was spocious. Very convenient to go work. I do enjoy staying here. Will definitely come back for sure next time when visit Singapore.

The apartments are very spacious, consisting of two bed rooms, a bathroom and a living room/ kitchen. Was living in one of the apartments on the 18th floor facing the sea so it came with a great view as well. The staff members were very kind and would help with any request or issue. Great thanks to Cindy, who would always greet people with a friendly smile and helped me out when I needed a technician or a taxi/shuttle. The services suites‘ location is also very good for people who would like to travel around the city as two different MRT stations/lines and a bus station are close by bringing you to any corner of the city. Thank you for the great experience and til next time! ☺️

Having tried some other serviced apartments, we felt this stay was one of the best because: - extremely good location - Bugis area and Haji Lane right across the road from the hotel were full of good restaurants, cafes and bars - both traditional and modern ones with numerous cuisines - Nicoll Highway MRT station just three minutes' walk away, bus stops in front, and most of our taxi rides to areas of interest were under 20 minutes - wonderful view of Kallang Basin and Indoor stadium to wake up to - spacious with a full kitchen with washer dryer, living room and two bedrooms - comfortable stay and grateful housekeeper whom we shared some snacks with - two outdoor pools with plenty of deck lounge chairs on the spa level - great value for six nights Last but not least, Tyas at the front desk was lovely. Not sure how she does it, but she was always cheerful when she sees us, even though we checked in and returned to the hotel close to midnight every night! Thanks for recommendations for the food stores in the basement and for helping us sign up for the Accor membership too!
