The Quay Hotel West Coast recensioner

Really happy to stayed here and we enjoyed very well,very convenient here for transportation and food nearby haw par villa MRT station,if bus 143,30,10 from harbour front MRT station 20 stop over

Near to area that I aim to go which is the NUS.. Not sure in regard to other attraction places in Singapore.. Simple room.. Quite small space.. They have almost all basic items like mini fridge, iron, iron board, safety box, TV, kettle, water heater works well.. Bathroom amenities only supply dental kit.. Air cond room works well.. Check out time is 11am..

There were bed bugs in the room #302 , and I got bitten all over my arm over the night. The itchiness woke me up. This is bad.. I paid more than USD100 per night, and it is not worth the money. The location was not bad and very convenient to grab food in the neighborhood

The stay was great and the service is good. However the mrt station to the hotel is a distance away. But so far satisfied with the stay

Value for money. Convenience and easy access to public transport. Many eateries around the hotel. Quiet and peaceful environment. Great staffs.

Location not bad near bus stop But the room is too bright because the toilet has window and no curtains Others is ok

The hotel is easy to access metro station and bus stop. Quiet and clean place. All basic things provided. Good to stay.

It was verbally promised by the front desk that i will be able to extend my checkout for an hour @ 12pm. However, early morning next day the front desk called and rush me to check out by 11 am. I explained about my request to front desk yesterday but they said its not possible as my room have been booked. So their problem become my problem.

Comfortable stay, good access to public transportation and lots of nearby restaurants. Great location.

Clean the washroom everyday but the room smell stranger....old

It was a short trip to getaway 24 hr eateries by the side. Room is small though.
