Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore recensioner

The experience in this hotel is really bad! 1) one month prior to send an email to request rooms check in near, they didn’t reply all . Upon check in, they said rooms is fully booked, difficult to arrange. After waiting for more than 2 hours, still needs to have rooms on separate floor for 4 days 3 nights with 3 kids and an elderly. It makes me felt was discriminated. As they always having smiling face with western foreigners and seems very helpful for them. 2) The pest control in the hotel is really bad! Flies is everywhere! The buffet breakfast is full with flies on the food! 3) The swimming pool is open whole year seems they didn’t cleaning the swimming pool. Because of flies and not cleaning swimming pool , I’m sure that 2 out of my 3 kids was suffering from Entrovirus. They keep on vomit during the flight back home. And one of my kid got severe fever and need to be hospitalized. This is a horrible holidays in such a so called 5 stars ranked Shangri-La Hotel .
