great location. close to the beach and has free shuttle going to monorail if exploring universal studios or vivo city. decent breakfast buffet options and nice staff. rooms are bit old w small bathroom but clean. hope tv can be newer. low pressure in shower water. overall good experience. will book again.

Is a basic hotel. Swimming pool is big and nice , room is normal and old . The toilet interior and WC quite low specs. Ask for baby cot at front desk but after check in no follow up at all. No baby cot given

Exactly like pictures online. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Excellent 4 night stay  Reception was amazing and assisted with getting us a taxi with card facilities as the card was not registering on the taxi app

Cleanliness: 4/5. Room was clean, but the shower head was broken. Location: 5/5. Great location that offered nice sea views and really nice immersion in nature. Service: 3/5. Friendly staff, however I requested a double bed and got given 2 single beds and told it could not be changed. Amenities: 5/5. Provided the basics (shower gel, shampoo) and also toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Room is basic but with nice sea view. We had a pleasant stay. Front desk staffs were helpful and friendly. Very good location with 7-11 next door and walking distance to bars and restaurants by the beach. Will definitely come back again

Just the best hotel experience ever and so proud to have stayed at a property that does so much for Mother Earth as well as her people regardless of their abilities. Did you know that they have real dino bone fossils here too at the recep?! OMG! A must visit again hotel!

Nice place, quiet and clean. Very nature feel. Friendly staff. Near the beach. Have a nice pool for kids.

Service was okay breakfast was okay exterior was nice but room was so dirty stinky no hygiene 😪 the room is so expensive

Upon booking, I requested a queen size bed because its our engagement celebration but when we reach there they say no Queen bed available, only 2 single beds available. Very frustrating and it is not comfortable at all, the building is old guys, there's ants trail along the corridor but what do you expect for a cheaper price. When we called no one asnwered so we went down and they said we can only iron our shirt near the reception downstairs, when we finsihed they said we could actually call and request for rhe ironing board to be sent to the room. Alot of miscom. The swimming pool werent as well maintained either. But the beach is right opposite so if you only care bout the beach, then book here then

Toilet too small .. bed got sound.. and the lighting bad control

The location was good but the top floor for the jazzuzzi so dirty .look old and run down. Toilet was really small and the water pressure was horrible. The staff was realty friend and nice .

The experience was fine, the pool was beautiful however the hotel is really old and shows signs of its age. The entrance way via cafe looks rather suspicious and it is not very clean. The entrance is also not clearly marked. I emailed the hotel to inform them it was a birthday but there is no special arrangements that were made which is rather disappointing.

The room atmosphere is good, the breakfast has a decent amount of selection. Location is easily accessible using the shuttle bus and we get to see some lizard that walks around the resort. Also staffs are all very helpful.
