Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa recensioner

Excellent service by Syed ,paid attention to all details.The room was upgraded to a suite due to anniversary.Great friendly lifeguard at the pool.Peaceful and quiet ambiance.Loved the farm and peacock.In room dining is really very good and fast service.

If you need a transquility birthday getaway, this is one of the nice resorts in Sentosa. Everything happened in the resort for the past 24hrs made one the best memories for me in 2024.

It was a nice room, however there wasnt any creamer for the coffee.. at the hotel restaurant breakfast buffet, I went to the noodles making soup at 0930 the lady making the noodles told me that i came too late and she wasnt serving. I went back to the counter and saw her serving other people.. live stations closes at 1030, was not my first time there. This happened on the 10/11/14. Also, when the staff at the restaurant clears the table, they dont ask if you are done with the plate, they jus clear it... like I WAS NOT DONE.. one of the staff when clearing my salad plate, poured the balsamic vinegar dressing on me, worse is she didnt know cause she was "in a rush" to prep for lunch. This happened on the 09/11/24 at ard 1020hrs? It's quite disappointing that the standard of the restaurant dropped so much even tho the food is nice.

Huge room and good amenities, we enjoyed the Doctor Fish spa! Lots of peacocks roaming around too 😀

Spacious and clean room, got the room with garden view balcony. Imo the balcony lock doesn’t seem secure enough & not much view. Overall stay was pleasant with comfortable space, bed and pillow menu to choose from. There’s TWG tea and Coffee machine for your caffeine fix. Even though located far from main sentosa area there is a shuttle bus in/out to habourfront station exit D. Also shuttle bus outside the hotel towards beach station to catch the monorail. otherwise complimentary parking is available as well. Kudos to Kwee Zeen staff and manager Peter’s hospitality. Reception staff kind of give off some vibes imo not very welcoming & “seem busy to answer to your queries” short-staff perhaps. Nonetheless, it’s still pleasant get away as resort screams resort vibes.

Gotten upgraded for 2nights in the suite room! Didn’t get to enjoy the property. Great experience just that need to walk very far to the room.

I enjoyed my stay at sofitel for the most part. My sleep was a little disturbed on the morning of my departure but Mr Specially at the front desk was very kind in resolving the issue promptly and with minimal fuss. Very thankful to him. The pool water is slightly too warm. The bathroom is well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Aircon was cold. I like the gardens in and around the property to have nice conversations.

Albeit a little hiccup when checking in, front desk staff Princess assisted to resolve the issue professionally & efficiently, WiFi was good, water pressure & aircon both strong, balmain amenities provided, smiley friendly staff as you walk around the resort. Overall a great experience

Great getaway from city. Very relaxing. Especially the kids at the pool. There are also some life vests or floats for us to use! My favourite is the Balmain Paris!

Enjoyed my stay at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa! It was quite ulu but thankfully there’s free shuttle bus to Harbourfront throughout the day.

My friend and I had a good stay with Sofitel Sentosa. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. Service was great.

Nice and clean room. Bed very comfy too. Great for couple getaway.

Had a wonderful stay. Family room is a ' jumbo' unit with 2 rooms inter-linked. All of us love the space. 👍🏻 Swimming pool's warm water allowed the kids to enjoy playing and not worrying that they will be freezing when out of pool. 👍🏻

Wonderful first time stay at Sofitel Sentosa with my parents! Had already booked for the next stay.. service, cleanliness & condition of room are all excellent.. thanks for the great stay.
