Bed and bed sheets super comfy. I slept through the whole 2 nites. My preferred choice of stay. Will com back again.

Great service worthy of a five star hotel. Breakfast is delicious. Room is comfortable.

Had a great 21 birthday celebration with a few close friends.

St Regis was the choice of our hotel every time we visited Singapore. Although there were some shortcomings during our arrival/check in procedure however after giving feedback to the front office supervisor name Jia Hui, she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable again. Everyone was so friendly and attentive!

Concierge service way too slow. Room cleaning not good at all. A strong smell when entering the room. Telephone is malfunctioned. Overall not up to the quality of a regular St Regis

Good location with the usual St Regis impeccable service with a daily champagne event at 630pm

I love the St. Regis! I have been here a decade ago, and this place's service and amenities have consistently exceeded expectations. As we were celebrating a birthday, they even gave us a little teddy bear and birthday cake to kick off the check-in. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, everything was working, and the bathroom facilities are superior. The bed was so huge and comfy and we snoozed really deeply with the button-controlled light-blocking curtains. Room service was great too (the fries was sooo good)

Great stay with stellar service. Butler helped us with my decorations and requests multiple times with broad smiles and it was very heartening to see that. Will definitely stay again!!

Truly an amazing hotel - we had a beautiful spacious room and the butler service was fantastic! Bathroom was huge with his / her sinks and very nice toiletries. The food was really good too.

Check in was a sit down affair which is so different from your usual hotel check in Complementary drinks to be delivered straight to the room was great The butler service and the services they offer is really like no other Room itself was super comfortable. Love the toilet and the amount of space. Only downside was that the toilet bowl whistles after flushing, which can be quite funny While the location is not bad, its not exactly in thr heart of orchard road, so you need a bit of walking or take a short bus ride to get to the shopping area

Have stayed a few times but always at the executive room. Have always wanted to try the grand deluxe and finally got the chance! Enjoyed the grand deluxe room as well, but somehow dont find that it is better than the executive, apart from the view. The afternoon sun shines directly into the room which is great as it brightens up the room. We suspect this also cause the glass window to expand? As there were random loud noises from the window area. Service is great as typical of a hotel like St Regis. The butler called us shortly after check in to ask if we need anything. Our stay came with breakfast and service was great too. Breakfast itself was above average, a great choice if you like something convenient. We love the yoghurt and bake selection. Definitely would want to come back again!

The room was awesome and we received a free upgrade. We were so impressed by the butler service that we received. The beds were comfy and the room came with free coffee through the Nespresso machine. The room was equipped with the Bose sound system which was so impressive for me being a music lover. Food wise we had many options nearby from mexican to american. In the morning we walked over to Nassim Hill Bakery to have a breakfast. Will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended for couples! 👍

Service is first class, and the room is classic. The breakfast is a bit disapppointing. No kid facility though.
