Worth noting and highly recommended for the location & the super friendly and easy going staff.

The location is very good. The room was smaller than expected and most importantly, no bottled water was provided. Other amenities were minimal. The lack of bottled water provision in Singapore, where water is expensive, was quite a negative point. Also, the entrance door had no soundproofing at all, and I could even hear the room across the street. I would recommend it to those who want to save money, but I am not sure if it is cost-effective. I don't think I would stay there again.

Comfortable stay, although the room is too small for a superior queen,But it should still be enough since we only stay at night and enjoy Singpore in the morning.for the price, it’s fine worth it. Our bed is being made up everyday. The guy who assisted us was really helpful, I wasn’t able to give him a tip because we are already in a hurry. But he was really good. Upon arrival he already offered to take our bags, initially our key card didn’t work but he was there to replaced it immediately. He even orient us about the pool and it’s operating hours even the laundry area. Which we didn’t know until he mentioned it. There’s no fancy lobby when you enter the hotel but there’s coaches where you can sit on while waiting for your room to be ready.

Very good location, booking at Trip is cheaper compare to other platform. Staff is polite and helpful. Photo attached is Clark Quay night view.

Stayed 2 nights instead of just one. This tells you how nice it is to sleep at this place. The room is quite decent for one person.

Great business hotel in superb location nestled between 2 metro stations. Friendly & attentive staff. Convenient to city and business areas. My room had a lovely balcony area with city views. Great to chill at the end of a long day! Highly recommend. Will stay again.

This hotel is perfectly located, right next to the Bencoolen MRT station. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainments around, all within 5-10 minutes of walking.

Smooth check in process and got early check in , staff were very helpfully and friendly. Hotel is just beside Bencoolen MRT and walking distance to Bugis. Room is ok and can accommodate for 3 pax so nice also traveling with kids

Stayed here for the convenience of being near mrt and can't get any closer ! The rooms are small and we got one with no outside light as it faced internally which I wasn't expecting. So you had to constantly have the light on No information on checking in re facilities is swimming pool/breakfast but didn't bother with either. Location is the best thing about this hotel.

Helpful Staffs, room was clean and tidy. No free bottle water provided but the room does come with a portable water filter machine which u can get room temp/warm water. Very strategic location, literally just next to the mrt station exit. There is a 7-11 nearby about couple minutes walking distance so no worries if wanna grab some snacks in middle of the night. Definitely will stay again if visit sg again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially the concierge who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

Clean hotel room, nice shower, smelled fine, water purifier in the room, 3 beds per room, fuss-free check-in and check out. Highly recommend this hotel! The only tricky part was that the walls were SUPER thin and it's easy to hear each other between rooms.
