The hotel is very clean and the hotel's water filter is great,hotel is cheap and nice.The customer service there is very friendly and the also give free apples.

Always make sure i stay in this place i love the location very accessible specially im marine parade mrt🙏🥰

Truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Receptionist Joseph was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all basic amenities. Location was great, sitting in the middle of Joo Chiat Road, with all the good cafes a few mins walk away.

I like the atmosphere but my room do not have a food heater as I need to feed for my kid. No Choice I have to use staff reception for usage. Toilet door has no locked inside.on top of that all everything is good.

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and tidy.

A centrally located hotel with plenty of good food & entertainment outlets around this Geylang, Joo Chiat & Katong heritage heartland. Lots to see & explore. Venue Hotel staff Joseph Ng (at the reception) was most helpful when we asked for more bottled water and extra pillows. The room may be small, but the air-con remained strong throughout our two nite's stay. Will definitely recommend my family & friends to stay here. it's clean and good place and cheap, near cafe, bar, supermarket, shopping mall

There is no soundproofing at all. You can clearly hear the TV in the next room. This hotel is not recommended for people who want a quiet sleep. Also, there is a wall in the shower room right in front of the toilet, so you can't sit up straight. Other than that it was a good hotel. There are plenty of amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes. There are restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The day I stayed was a Hindu holiday, so they gave me a message card and a small gift. I felt very happy. If I ever visit Singapore again, I will consider staying at this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel couple times before Covid, now staying again after several years I felt it’s not as good as before and won’t consider coming back again. When I walked in around 3pm for checking in, there’s nobody at the front desk. Then the Receptionist came out (apparently he’s having his lunch in the back room, which is fine and I had no problem with), however, he didn’t say anything to me, no Hi no greetings nothing. He just took my passport and started to do check-in, and during the whole process he didn’t say a single word to me! Well that’s the service there is I guess… I was given a very small room, like an Attic type room, with a bathroom so small I literally cannot properly sit on the toilet tbh…Room was relatively clean but I did find garbage underneath the bed. Also it gets noisy outside of the room in the morning which disrupted my sleep. It seems someone’s moving heavy metal stuffs, the clings and clans sound were pretty annoying.. So overall not a very pleasant stay and will stay away from this one next time

Water is Murky!!!! Disaster for a Hotel in Singapore!! How they continue operating is a Joke!!

there's weird sound going on the whole time in the room. It can't be the aircon sound because we turned it off the moment we got into the room as the aircon was turned on freezingly cold inside. the room was very very small, u cant even put smallest size luggage and freely open it up. the toilet bowl was the hardest part.... I cant even put my legs.. the gap between the toilet bowl and shower booth is very narrow and small. I had to sit around the edge of the toilet bowl to do my business. And the room has toilet flies as well as the toilet as well. Worst experience ever! Will never go back🥲 Should have booked other hotel. Ur hotel gotta do smth abt the toilet bowl plus the weird draining? water draining sound? in the room thats going on the whole time all day.

Hotel is located at the Famous joo Chiat road with lots of peranankan foodies. Hotel is very cosy and equipped with Youyube channels. Hotel staff is friendly.

It’s good hotel and it’s clean and good service and quiet and location is very convenient. Room is little small but it’s good enough .

No body clean my room for 5 days when I stayed. The member staff when I ask service my room  nobody can help me. My wife forgot 1 shoe from Michael Kors  at a hotel but can you ask them sent to my house or not? Thx so much and have a wonderful today.
