All good, staff are so friendly.

It's always feel good to come back to one of your favourite hotels. Everything is good here. Absolute comfort. Seeing those staffs like seeing a long lost friends. Cheers :)

Excellent service. Nice to know that they provide bathtub.

This place is a bit old and you can totally hear everything at night, the walls are paper-thin! The AC isn't great either, and honestly, it's a little creepy.

Location was perfect as there are many attractions in walkable distance. Room, bedding and towels were clean as well.

I was given a room in the “premium” building. Definitely got all of the basics right: Extremely quiet - no machine or traffic noise; Everything worked; bed large and comfortable though the pillows were extremely thick. Also, much attention to eco-friendliness which is great to see though they could remove all disposable amenities such as toothbrushes as we have done in Hong Kong. Only constructive comment is that the furnishings throughout the hotel - including the room - are extremely dated and that my room, despite being non-smoking - had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Overall, really not bad and good value.

its my second time stay in this hotel. very good hospitality from the staff. quick check in and quick check out. very helpful staff.

Rather old design hotel. Location is centralised. No water provided. Tv channels wasnt clear as well.

Stay was reasonably comfortable, location is also good as accessible by trains. Also near to many eateries. Check in and check out processes were also fast. One bad thing is the water heater as the temperature of the water is not easily controlled. It is either too hot or too cold.

A big shout out for their service and front desk. Everyone is so helpful and always put on their smile to the guests.

Excellent location right next to Rochor mrt station. Furnishing is a little retro and dated, but very clean and neat. Good choice and good location

Good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy.

Soundproofing is very poor. Ppl walk & talk outside also can hear clearly in the room, I can’t sleep at night due to some ppl talking loudly outside the room!! Bed and pillow is very bad quality, bed is too soft, not good for the back, my back is so pain, pillow is too thick and hard, my neck is so pain, weird smell in the room… the water pipe at the basin also very funny design,,, the water can’t come out evenly, the basin is clogged also and water is very difficult to go away 🫤🫤

Staff is not friendly, no smiling greeting upon approaching. Booking with breakfast, but not reflecting in their system. Every morning have to explain to the restaurant staff that I did paid for breakfast and show check in voucher which is really troublesome. Breakfast option is little and repetitive every morning with a lot of processed food product. Room is generally clean and comfortable.
