Hotel Grand Pacific recensioner

The pillows were mouldy and pillow cases dirty. Have to change the pillow cases ourselves as there were no housekeeping staff around. (8am-8pm only). Location good .

Great Location, Smooth Stay Stayed at Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore with my business partner and we were both very pleased. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Bugis Junction and Suntec Exhibition Centre, which made our trip super convenient. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Would stay again!

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Specially it’s near MRT station & near Haji lane i always drink there.

old hotel but well maintained, old lift, one operating at night, a bit long wait, location is a bit far from the train, across the street there is a food court, next to the hotel there is a 7eleven

The room is spacious, clean and location is great! My family enjoy staying here and will probably book at this hotel again in our next stay in SG!

Location is just walking distance to Bugis, there near 7/11 & money changer just few minutes to MRT Bras Basah Station. The were also near Catholic churches if you’re Catholic.

Stayed two nights at this hotel due to its location. What I liked was the prompt check-in, the service staff informing me that they upgraded my room, the comfy bed and the water pressure. The room had a musty smell and can see that the floor, because of the material used, had remnants of cleaning where stains were. The sound proofing was quite bad unless other guests were really loud. I could hear voices and footsteps every time someone is walking from the lift to their room. Probably because of my rooms location which was near. However despite that the comfy bed compensated and I can get a good nights sleep. It was still a comfortable stay

Check in was fast but was told my room did not come with breakfast when it was actually included. After checking and a call upon my further enquiry, it was then confirmed that breakfast was included. Other than this hiccup, everything was great. The receptionists, with special mention to Mr Velu and Jimmy, are warm, friendly and helpful. Mr Velu greeted me several times whenever we met at the lobby and made the effort to wait for the taxi with me, loaded my luggage into the vehicle and wished me well before I set off. Excellent service and care shown. Room is also clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is convenient for shopping, food and transport and the pool is a nice place to relax. Overall, I had a great staycation. Thanks to all who attended to me during my stay there.

The hotel location is good almost near City center. Services and room gentle and clean.
