Great location connected to the raffles city shopping mall and city hall mrt.位置方便直通商场和地铁站 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great view, allows me to see all must-go places e.g. MBS, Merlion, Clark Quey etc in the balcony. 阳台景色非常棒，可以看到滨海湾所有著名景点如摩天轮，鱼尾狮，金沙酒店，克拉码头等。周六正好还可以看全程NDP国庆预演和烟花秀，视野很好⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooth check-in process and thanks to the friendly staff who responded to my request to arrange a high floor nice view non-connected room for me.入住过程很顺利工作人员也很友善⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 酒店公区和房间设施一般，但挺干净⭐⭐⭐

The view is wow! Apart from viewing 1st hand of the NDP preview (even prouder to be a Singaporean now), we are fortunate to have Singapore skyline right from our room. The room is clean, spacious, and most importantly, for us being Muslim, halal food is convenient via the in room dining. The staff are great and helpful. Thank you! Everything is fine. But not suitable for family staycation trip who drive car. Need to pay carpark fee at our own, not even per entry discount. And no instructions on how to access to hotel from carpark after shopping mall closing hours..

The amenities in the room is not fantastic. There is no mini bar, TWG selection is limited and coffee Epresso doesn't work. I booked from Trip for 3 pax but System in Hotel shows only for 2 pax. Need to pay extra if to add the child.

Located just next to Raffles Hotel and there is a Balcony in the room which offers seaview better than that in the Marina Bay Sands …there are two swimming pools and one is for kids

Amazing room with a view of the NDP rehearsal on Saturday and the amazing fireworks all in the comfort of the hotel room itself.

Well located at City Hall train station and attached to excellent shopping mall. Great city views and nicely appointed comfortable room. Make sure to have a cocktail at Skai Bar on the 70th floor.

The room was terrific! It’s definitely one of the best hotel room I have ever stayed. Great city view, room is clean and well equipped too. Only downside is complimentary parking should have been provided for hotel guests.

The MBS facing room offered a fantastic night view of the city in the night. The room was spacious and comfortable, amenities around the hotel was simply good!

Great location as it’s right next to a mall and metro. The breakfast option was so-so but the service esp from Meilee (spelling? She’s from Indonesia) was amazing. She knew my preference for oat milk latte and she made them so well with an extra shot of espresso. On her day off, Alloysius took over the making of my morning drink. 5 stars service to both of them.

The hotel is just above Raffles City shopping mall which is convenient for shopping and dining. Their guest services are excellent. The only disappointed thing is the view of our room is not really facing the Marina Bay and cannot enjoy the light show.
