The location is great two stops away from merlion park, the receptionist are very accomodating. I enjoy the free water because the water in singapore store is expensive. I love the view from our window located at 5th floor very peaceful. I’ll surely book again to them for my solo trip soon.

The easy access to services like Grab makes this location very convenient for us, particularly with our 7-year-old child. We highly recommend it.

Small compact room than expected, room slightly different design from the website photo. I have no idea why the twin beds must be put in the up and down position. It is quite troublesome when I need to go to the toilet at midnight, almost forgot the small staircase. Found a few hair in the bed sheet and bathroom. If you only look for a place to sleep, just go ahead to stay here.

Convenient location, clean, but room quite small i appreciate for the early check in given and some staff is friendly I wished I remember her name. Just that both separate my parents stay were given corner room (i didn’t request no corner room but well hahah) , the amenities not much just i find the towel given was torn and some soiled so i hope can be checked on that.

We booked an extra night so we can check in at 3am and when we arrived they told us our room was a non show… lucky there was another cancelation and we were able to have a room. Terrible customer service surprised its part of the accord group

Disappointing Stay Due to Booking and Service Issues I booked three rooms months in advance for a three-night stay, specifically requesting one room with a double bed and two with twin beds. However, at check-in, we were assigned all double bed rooms, and the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with adjustments. This experience left a poor impression, and I would advise others to reconfirm their bookings before arrival and be cautious about the service quality here.

Good budget hotel in a prime location, walking distance from other big hotels around Bugis, has 7eleven just beside it, and near food areas and malls like Bugis+ and Bugis Junction. My only concern is it’s 5-10min walk to MRT Bugis. The rooms are clean, although standard rooms are really small. Comfortable beds and good shower. Overall good pick for a budget hotel.

I booked this hotel because F1, all receptionist are very helpfull us about F1 details and call a taxi for us in emergency case due because we almost missed our return flight Tiny rooms but convenient, bed comfy and clean rooms. I and my husband will stay again next year because location is superb and I am very impressive about service mind of all staff. Thank you so much again
