Sweet Inn Apartments Charité

Believe me you need the read this (i spent a good amount of time composing this 😁 as i felt obliged to do so for others) This listing (which is moderate for the value) is run by a company named SWEET INN where they communicated well during check in via WhatsApp by providing instructions and extra needs such as parking space with fee. The only down side start after upon checking-out and it went as following: 1- They claimed that there was a report sent to me after my check-out but nothing was received until i insisted today on 18th July 2023, my check out was 2nd July 2023. they charged €200. (#2 & #3 is details for the extra fee) 2- Although my original booking included €90 for cleaning fee, the management charged additional €100 for deep cleaning 😂. They justified it with pictures taken by scattering the the trash out of the kitchen bin (which was obviously done deliberately) and accusations of staining the sofa with urine 🤣 (it is a pull-out sofa bed 🤔 and it was used by an adult so how in God name did the sofa got stains? The mattress should get stains and by the way, it was filthy but we managed to use it by placing enough sheets on it). 3- They charged additional €100 for damaged appliance which was not justified. (Thank God they did not smash the toaster on the floor to claim the remaining €300. 🤣 Any way, if you are wiling to risk it go ahead it is a nice place though. My only regret that i have is me and my family spending on hour before departure cleaning the place and doing the dishes and collecting the trash in the kitchen trash-bin. I trusted the management will be respectful to customers and thank me for returning the apartment with minimum cleaning chores. Unless they require us to scrub the toilets 😁. It is my mistake of not taking pictures of the place prior to my departure as i thought i was dealing with a respectful company. Have a nice vacation. 👋🏼👋🏼
