Lövkulla

40 km east of Helsinki, Gulf of Finland sea bay 30 m, shallow, hard sanded moraine bottom, own boat, shore and jetty. Two rowing boats available (another by the jetty ja another on the beach). In addition canoe available.

Wooden chalet 2004 with two storeys, kitchen, living room, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, sauna (electric stove), washroom, hydro massage bath, dressing room. Upstairs kitchenette, bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds and bedroom 1 bed. Upstairs bedroom has own shower and WC.

Seashore sauna 2015. In the sauna there is wooden stove, shower room (2 showers), living room with fireplace.

Downstairs garages and hobby room behind chalet are used a little by owner. Chalet's main entrances are on other side. Lovely seashore chalet in owner's yard area with, however, its own shore and jetty.

Note! Reservations start end at 12 noon (also in weekends) in this chalet. Chalet is not suitable for disabled guests.

Owner rents out by arrangement / By separate payment smoke sauna and hot tub (should be booked in advance and paid to the owner in advance with a separate invoice). Also mountain bikes for rent. Bikes must be booked in advance. Please contact our customer service for further information.

Opportunities for fishing with traditional rod and line throughout the summer. Fly fishing only from July onwards. Fishing license can be bought on https://verkkokauppa.eraluvat.fi/en/fisheries-management-fee/

Own 2 km long walking/jogging trail in forest next to chalet.

Chalet is located by sea route, own jetty and buoy. Talma downhill ski centre 25 km, Porvoo 22 km.
