Radisson Hotel and Conf Centre London Heathrow

Stayed one night. Room was clean and bed was huge. Swim, steam room, and sauna in the morning were great, too. Positives: complimentary water, helpful staff, and nice smelling shower gel, plus the above. Hoppa bus from outside the hotel was helpful. Negatives: Room service menu is rubbish for vegans and there's a £7 charge to bring food to your door. I opted to collect it, but it took twice as long to prep as they said, and they won't buzz your room to let you know when it's ready. My rainhead shower looked better than it was (plus there were a few hairs that definitely weren't mine), and one of the bedside lamps wasn't working. No biscuits felt a bit mean! It was one night. It was fine. But they say they go over and above, and this was pleasantly average, not exceptional.

Stayed for a night before flight. Booked 3 rooms for family and each room was opposite ends of the hotel, you couldn't get much further apart! 2 rooms pretty standard one room felt like it hadn't been used in a long time, lots of little moths in the room and large dust particles in the air, the bathroom could do with some tlc as the wall covering in the bath was coming off and some holes in the tiles could be filled and the sealant on the bottom of the glass shower screen could do with replacing or cleaning and a light bulb needs changing. It w a little disappointing as stayed 2 months earlier and room was nice and felt new had everything in the room including shoe cleaning kits and sewing kit

It’s fine. Bar area is nice quite expensive though. Rooms are fine bathroom is nice too. My only gripe is with the breakfast no grilled tomatoes and yogurt selection is poor. Overall it’s good for the price though.

I booked a standard room for 1 night and it was a really terrible experience. Actually, I read all the comments about this hotel (good and bad) and I don't feel like it was that bad at that time. Until I stayed for a night, I realized that all the comments are real. --Poor staff service: 1) The frontdesk staff (Male) doesn't know how to work on the check in process. I asked him it is ok if i do the check in here, he said yes. Clearly, he knows nothing. Just don't assign him to do that task, if he is not capable of. 2) Poor handwriting. Misleading . Not willing to help customers attitudes. I asked what's the number on the card. It's written like 'H101', actually is '4101'. I asked that staff and she replied with terrible attitude and laughed at me 'is it hard to understand?' with sarcasm. Cleanliness: 1) I changed the room twice. Not clean at all, with the fast food packages in the room. Suggestion: 1) Please provide some proper training to the staff about their attitudes towards customers and understanding about their tasks.

A great stay, just a shame the TV didn’t stay in longer than 2 minutes!
