房間是木地板，房間裝修很新。裏面很漂亮。西西里島酒店的衞生都需要加強。

房間很小，酒店設施有點兒陳舊了，保養不是很好。我們吃完早餐回來，居然看到服務員進了房間在清點飲料。酒店服務沒有跟上。 但是酒店的環境在一個大深谷上，還是很有特色的。酒店不在海邊。

Chambre très grande, le lit très spacieux. La salle se bain grande mais manque une douche plutôt que un bain. La vue sur la mer, très jolie. Le petit déjeuner très appetant et complet. Le personnel je suis mitige car 50% d'entre eux sont sympathique et l'autre moitie à revoir. L'hôtel est chic ultra chic Loin de la ville petit bemoles. La piscine ferme à 19H trop tôt. Le wifi marche très bien

Hotel is outdated and staff were not very helpful and not very friendly. At least the hotel ground is well kept and room is clean. Buffet breakfast is included in the hotel rate but horrible. I would also like to make a suggestion that they conceal the dumpster area so that the room facing the back of the hotel would not see this awful site. I do not recommend this hotel!

Truly a beautiful hotel with so much potential. Unfortunately as stated in other reviews there are several problems which the hotel could easily fix but choose not to. The rooms are adequate but warning you need to specify that you don’t want 3rd floor room which are supposedly superior with a balcony but have an enclosed balcony with a porthole for you to look out on. As stated no kettle or coffeee/tea making facilities in the room - yes you can pay for a cup of tea €3 each time you want one. How nice! This is not 4 star. Their own website says all rooms come with a kettle and selection of teas - maybe this was when Winston Churchill came? Restaurant and cleaning staff are all extremely friendly and lovely - however staff on the front desk are unfriendly and avoid eye contact in case you ask something. Had to ask for pillows as those in the room are flat as a pancake and not suitable. Breakfast was ok - usual in Italy but definitely lacking fresh ingredients- small bowl of chopped tomatoes and fruit available was not the best quality at all. Such a shame as the hotel really could be fantastic. Yes pool area is lovely but bar and umbrella not available in October. Also some of the defensive and sarcastic responses from the hotel on this site are shocking and whoever is responsible need to take the customer seriously and read their own website for what they should be offering. It’s sad. Save your money and book an airbnb in Ortigia which we could’ve done for half the price!

This is a rather grand hotel with a beautiful entrance, red carpet on stairs and all. Outside the hotel is what appears to be an archeological site. Our first room was small and a bit cramped and happened to have ants. I requested to be moved and we were immediately given another room – just 3 doors down which was much larger and ant free. (I am not complaining about the ants – our own home is very clean and now and then some ants will get in.) Anyways, the second room was very larger and nicer and both rooms had amazing views. The hotel also has a large outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices and as we were with a group, we had dinner at the hotel too. The dinner was quite good. If you are travelling with a group (and are moved around via a bus) or if your main goal is to see the Basilica of Madonna delle Lacrime, the hotel is in a nice location – within view of the water and within walking distance to the church. If your goal is to visit Ortiga Island, which is a ‘must see’, then the location is not that great as it is approx. a 30-40 minute walk, one way. We didn’t check what a taxi or uber would have cost.

We stayed here for a week. Great hotel - amazing coffee, stunning pool , wonderful service especially around the pool with food and drinks - not the biggest menu by the pool but as someone who is gluten free they were able to serve me gluten free pizzette and made a salad especially. Our children had a wonderful time - room size was great with a lovley balcony and what I was most impressed with how clean the hotel was. It’s about a 5 minute cab journey into Ortiga which is a beautiful place to visit with lots of restaurants, harbour, shops and market. Would recommend staying here. Thank you!
