From the beggining , it was an unpleasant experience. At the reception, the first impression was that the employees are not nice at all. Their attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. We received a room that smelled really bad ( room 256 ) : the smell was mold , very unhealthy for the lungs and difficult to breathe. We went back at the reception desk and kindly ask for another room . The answer was a strong NO, justified by a supposed lack of availability. This was not true, since, on a very large booking platform there were 5 availabilities for that night ( same category) So, from our point of view, it was just bad will. The smell stayed strong all the 4 days we spent there ( we had to sleep with our balcony door open during the night, and buy our own insect protection device ) During our whole stay, the bed laundry was never changed. They changed only one towel of each category , at request, toilet paper was provided only by asking. We did not have bath products as body lotion , tooth brush, tooth paste , bathrobes, bath shoes etc The breakfast was ok, not great. Room was big. The pool was ok. Silent hotel, for relaxing.
