Olivi Hotel & Natural Spa

The hotel looks beautiful but it’s the hardest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to slept on! I didn’t dare complain as when I ask what to do about the fact that the room was like a sauna I was meet with what I can only call aggression! I am aware that Italy switches off its A/C in October but usually you can open a window. This room 101 only has patio doors, which obviously you cannot leave open at night, nor in the evening as the room got full of flys, the sheer curtain was broken so even that was no help in preventing flys entering. It was a disaster of a holiday Coffee sachets were only left twice in the room even though they say they provide tea & coffee, if you ask for more they are not keen on handing them out! I would have brought my own coffee if I’d know. This holiday was for my 60th birthday and all I can say is I wish I’d never booked it. Also don’t expect smily, friendly faces with a few exceptions the staff are very unfriendly especially the girls serving breakfast! Not my best holiday

Excellent, friendly and relaxed hotel in a beautiful location. We had the balcony room with fantastic views of Lake Garda and Sirmione. Staff were really friendly and made everyone feel as you’d expect from a top hotel. The decor and finishes throughout were first class and spotless. Pet friendly also, now that’s making the difference. So nice. Highly recommended and we will revisit ASAP.

The room we stayed in had a balcony and a lovely view of the lake. It was a great place for an evening Prosecco prior to heading to dinner. The room was a very nice size and comfortable. My only comment was we visited between seasons and there was no cooling fan, but we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy nice weather. The service was great and we enjoyed our stay very much. The city was also beautiful to walk around. We would visit here again!

We arrived for our honeymoon, both our first time in Italy, and we were upgraded to a larger room with a view of the lake. The decor is so fashionable, and the hotel is immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and even in rainy weather the views from the hotel are stunning. The spa is fantastic, and so relaxing. The room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed. The bar in reception offers a wide range of refreshing drinks. The hotel is just by the lake, and close to several fantastic restaurants and bars. As an added bonus, the hotel has 5 cats who provide a feline welcome to guests (if you’re into that sort of thing) cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for a relaxing break for a few days.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Olivi. It really is a great base from which to explore Lake Garda. Sirmione has a frequent service of boats going to and from various places around the lake. Our lake view room was comfortable and spacious. The range of breakfast choice was extensive; and the menu for the evening meal was great. All of the meals we had there were of a very high standard and gorgeous. The hotel has a lovely bar/reception area and also a fantastic spa area where you can lounge in the warmth of and indoor or outdoor spa pool. We would have no hesitation in returning to the Olivi again in the future.

Excellent stay in this hotel, great location and great views of the lake. I would highly recommend a visit to the spa. The staff were superb, from the front office staff, the staff in the spa and restaurants. They were extremely nice and very helpful and also very attentive to my dietary needs without even asking. Would definitely return again.
