Honestly just don't bother this hotel is barely 2 stars at the best of the time. The place is surrounded by stray cats the hotel has adopted if you don't mind the smell of sewer and like poor quality food this place might be OK for you i would defo advise looking elsewhere we only booked the all inclusive for drinks but they are realy bad too the beer is the 1st all inclusive place I've been with un drinkable beer. Also had things go missing from the room honestly guys this place wouldn't even class as 2 stars back home entertainment is non existent. We have just been to the hard rock hotel tenerife and it's a world away. Having said that if you don't mind bad belly and maby losing abit of weight this might just be the right place for you.

I’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday at Vasia Resort & Spa in Sissi, Crete, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff at Vasia are truly outstanding. We were greeted with genuine smiles and helpfulness at every turn. Whether it was the reception team, restaurant staff, or the cleaners, everyone made us feel special and at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail was impressive. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with several pools to choose from (including a quieter adults-only pool and fun water slides for kids). Everything was always clean and inviting. The food was definitely a highlight. There was a great variety every day, from fresh salads and local Cretan dishes to international favourites. We especially enjoyed the themed nights and the à la carte restaurant, which made for a special evening out. The drinks menu was extensive, and the cocktails by the pool were a real treat. The spa was a real treat after a day in the sun—highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind. There were also plenty of activities on offer, from fitness classes to tennis, and the kids’ club kept the little ones entertained and happy. Sissi is a charming village, and the resort is just a short walk from the harbour and local shops. It’s peaceful but well-placed for exploring Crete if you want to venture out. Overall, our stay at Vasia Resort & Spa was fantastic. The combination of wonderful staff, great food, lovely rooms, and excellent facilities made for a truly memorable holiday. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already planning our next visit!

We have just done 10 nights at this hotel with a 13 year old, 11 year old and 4 year old. The hotel is in a good area with a beautiful 10 minute walk to sisi harbour which is worth visiting. We also got on the service bus to Agios Nikolas which I would highly recommend visiting. The hotel has plenty of pools with fun slides for the kids. My 4 year old LOVED the kids club and would have spent all day there if she could. The food was really good with plenty of flavours and variety. The snacks available near the pool were also good with plenty of choice. The reason I give this hotel 4 out of 5 is I found the entertainment at night quite poor with no atmosphere. Also the same around the pool in the day, the music was very quiet and could have done with more involvement from an entertainment team in the day around the pools.. If you are looking for a lively holiday this is not the hotel for you however if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is definitely the resort for you!

We had a wonderful time here, the staff is super nice and welcoming. Especially thanks to the amazing bartender Vassilis at the tropical bar. He was so nice and thoughtful and always made us smile. We will be back in the future. The food was also very nice.

I had a lovely time at Vasia Resort & Spa. The room was clean and spacious. Had good tea and coffee making facilities, and also a fridge in the room that had bottles of water and these were topped up by the staff during the week. The food in the restaurant was good quality and there were plenty of options, although it was a bit repetitive, is was always delicious. I went to the Italian restaurant this was also good, especially the Tiramisu! The location was good, although a bit quiet as it's the start of the season. There is a lovely walk to Sissi nearby where there is a lovely harbour area, and further along a nice beach, the hotel is close to the sea and perfect for a sunset walk. The supermarket next door was really useful and was good value. The staff are really the best thing about the hotel, the reception, restaurant and bar staff work so hard and were all professional and so friendly. Monika on guest services was exceptional, going above and beyond to arrange a wine tour for me, which was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The lovely hotel reception staff also arranged tours to Spinalonga and Knossos palace for me, these were also great, could not recommend the hotel tours and guest services enough! The other real highlight for me was the bar staff and Anastasia in particular in the lobby bar, she really did make my holiday so special, she is truly amazing and a real asset the to hotel! It was such a great atmosphere and the other guests were also so brilliant, I met some really lovely people and had many great conversations with many guests, it really helped make my solo travelling such a positive experience and I am truly thankful!

We have just returned from our 7 night stay at vasia. We had a lovely holiday. Lots of positives- rooms were good, very clean hotel. Good location and good food. Would we return, possibly not due to lack of atmosphere. We have two teenagers and we found there was nothing to do in the evenings apart from the evening show at 9:30pm which lasted an hour. We found the time between evening meal and show would drag as nothing to do or we had done it all so would go for a walk. Evening shows very good and our family enjoyed the quiz which is on Mondays. I can imagine if you are staying for two weeks it would become boring as shows are on a weekly rotation. Food good but my family found it very samey . Drinks selection very poor, wine was awful so I ended up buying a bottle for €20 euros as I could no longer drink anymore of it. Overall experience good and definitely not a bad hotel by any means but just not right for our family with teenagers. Next time we would not do all inclusive so we can eat at different places and enjoy nicer drinks.
