Apartamentos Sunway Tara

We booked for 1 week and on arrival found out you can’t get in you have to get a taxi to another hotel around 2 miles away to get the keys! Not what you need after a long journey. After paying a 200 euro deposit we got a taxi back again to finally get into the apartment. It seemed fairly clean and well equipped but there was no hot water sometimes and the shower was blocked so you can only run the water very slowly. We also had to fix the flush on the toilet several times, the place is not manned and the number we were given was not answered. Also when lying in the bed there’s a smell of mold and there was a very dodgy looking yellow stain on a pillow. The outside door is never locked so anyone could get in and the grip on the stairs is coming away from the stair so you can trip very easily. The maids do not come into the apartment to change bed covers or towels and are very noisy talking at the tops of their voices and banging equipment around. All in all the place is grotty and old and I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Its the worst hotel ever,,,,the service is so bad,you have to book taxi yo go to their main office to get the apartment keys,you have to fight to open the main gate door ,the wifi is not working ,no towels changing Better they close

Passons le fait que l'on doit aller à l'autre bout de la Ville pour récupérer les clefs de l'appart. Nous sommes arrivés vers 11h30, le réceptionniste m'informe Ue l'appart n'était prêt, ce qui est compréhensible car le check-in est à 15h. Il prends tout de même mes documents et carte de crédit et m'informe qu'une fois l'appart prête je serai contacté.Je laisse mes valises et décide d'aller faire un tour en.ville en attendant, 3h plus tard toujours aucun appel, je retourne à nouveau à l'autre bout de la ville et me retrouve face à une nouvelle réceptionniste, elle me demande à nouveau mes papiers et carte de crédit, je lui notifie que son collègue m'a déjà enregistré je dois juste récupérer les clefs,nous voilà reparti dans un check in qui a duré 20 min et ce n'est même pas une blague, j'apprendrai plus tard que cette personne était nouvelle et que c'était son 2ème jour... Arrivé à l'appart, le complex est vétuste, la baignoire rouillée, meuble très très ancien, le lieu dispose d'une piscine trouble on n'y vois pas le fond, les femmes de menage sont bruyante et commence à piailler dès 8h, rien n'allait, le seul point positif de ce lieu est son emplacement, à quelques mètres d'une plage et un peu retirer du centre.
