Ekies All Senses Resort, a Member of Design Hotels

Beautiful place. Perfect design. The food is out of this world. The menu is the same every day but it’s long and the quality is really really high. Some rooms have a low ceiling. We asked for a changed and were offered a beautiful alternative. Every room looks different. The beach is perfect for children because the water is shallow. The staff and service were very friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a place for people with money or who like to spend money. The drinks are quite pricey. You can what the sunset from the bar while the kids are happy and play in the sand. We loved it and so will you!

We had an incredible time at Ekies; it truly felt like a delightful adventure following our wedding. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful—from the beautifully designed room and the warm hospitality to your attentive and polite staff who always greeted us with a smile. We also greatly appreciated your pet-friendly policy, which added an extra special touch to our visit. Kudos to everyone for such an outstanding job!!

We are relatively regular guests in Ekies restaurant and we usually come with friends and family. Taverna Project menu provides light and tasty food options and we enjoy thick shades under the sun shade canopies. However, we were deeply disappointed by appalling service by Marina. She wanted to sit our party of 10 at a table for 6. When we refused and proceeded to sit on a set of 2 smaller tables under the tree top bar, she refused to serve us and was extremely impolite. We then asked her to find us seating for 10 people but she said that we can only sit at that table for 6 people. Luckily, Osia came to rescue and seated us where we wanted. Adonis served us further and everything was good from then on. It is unimaginable to us that a 4/5* hotel employs someone so unprofessional like Marina. This was the second time she treated us like this. We thought the first time that Marina just had a bad day. But her behaviour during our last visit convinced us otherwise. Treating guests who leave €350+ in a 1-hour visit in an arrogant and angry way can be detrimental for the hotel’s business and reputation and it’s just not cool and pleasant. We urge the management to deal with Marina appropriately and protect their business and their guests from angry tantrums of this employee.

We were offered a complimentary footpath at the hotel which was excellent! The staff were very friendly and respectful! The next day we opted for a deep tissue massage which was great! A very relaxing as well as therapeutic massage from very experienced staff. Highly recommend this!!

The hotel restaurant/bar is beautiful however some of its staff are BAD. Twice during two weeks were 'greeted' by Marina and were not made feel welcome. Telling us what to do (you can NOT sit there, you can NOT move the tables) and speaking over us, she did not at any point want to smile. Real shame for Ekies All Senses Resort to have representatives like she! Visit the restaurant/bar indeed and ask for Osia and/or Adonis to serve you instead...
