Lovely hotel well equipped. Bedroom had kettle with tea and coffee items. Bathroom had a bath with shower and soap conditioner shower gel. Also a retractable clothes line if needed. 2 large wardrobes one had safe in it. Robes and slippers provided. I had booked a sea or marina view and got sea view room. Which also looked out over the swimming pools. Large bed which was extremely comfortable nice and firm. Table with 1 chair. Dressing unit had large puffer. Large patio with small table and 2 chairs. I opted for all inclusive food package and pleased I did. Had option to dine for 3 lactate meals, could be taken for lunch or dinner. This also gave me large water in room on daily basis. Food for buffet service I found good choice although it was never hot. For me that was perfect. Staff all friendly and helpful especially the waiting teams and guest customer service. Room cleaned daily and no issues on standards. As it was last week a lot of shops closed and also some bars and restaurant’s which was slightly dissapointing. Had thought as at Marina that lot more to see again closed. Great short walks around easy to get into town and water taxi reasonable at 4euro each way.

Our escape for the last 20 years. The rooms with a sea view are excellent, the cleanliness of the premises is impeccable, great variety in the restaurant, and the staff is excellent. Well done, we had a great time.The complex has activities for children, sea sports, golf ,, tennis, wine tastings, and a marina for speedboats.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Porto Carras and thought it was worth sharing our all inclusive experience. Hotel is set in the most beautiful setting  the Marina is very picturesque and is the perfect place for a stroll in the evening. We paid £59 extra at booking for a marina view at booking through Jet2 and thought it was worth it.  Although the pool/sea view all looked great as well. From the moment we arrived all staff where friendly and really helpful.  We were initially given a sheet for All inclusive at check which gave details of the bar/restaurant opening times etc that we could use (attached picture) but feel that it would have been good to have a copy of the drinks menu and perhaps the restaurant menus at that  stage which would have made it a little easier to know what was available to us, to make decisions about what days to book which place. As advertised, if going for a week, you can book into 3 restaurants separate to the buffet restaurant. 1.  Pefko Seaside Restaurant This is a lovely restaurant set in between the pools and beach.  We decided to go on Thursday as this was the Greek night.  It was buffet style food, and had singers and greek dancing.  We had a wonderful night and can recommend for something a bit different. Beautiful setting. 2.  News Cafe Restaurant is inside close to reception and has an indoor area as well as outdoor seating. We were given an All Inc. menu that had a number of starter/main choices.  Food and service were excellent, although your choice was limited to starter, main, and sweet, so you aren't able to have a salad with your meal as it was either starter or salad choice. Which we thought was strange on an All Inc.. 3.  Marina Piazza This is the 3rd restaurant, but it is available to us use as a bar for a drink until 11:30 so we went on a few occasions for a change of scenery. Our booked meal had lovely food, and staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially Vangelis. The other nights we went to the main restaurant and all 4 of us loved the food. Whilst we were there, they had Greek, Italian, Asian, Seafood, Mexican nights, all with great tasting food. On those nights, they did have regular dishes as well. This restaurant has a number of outside veranda's, so you could sit in a different spot and feel like you were eating in a different place. Pros 1. Beautiful pools and beaches. 2. Perfect views 3. Fabulous food 5. Lovely rooms, very clean 6. Wonderful staff 7. Lots of beach staff always available to order drinks. 8. Boat trip across to town €4 each way Cons 1. Long transfer 2hrs 20 mins both ways. 2. We felt it wasn't quite All Inclusive, as there were some areas just not available to us unless paying extra. Also restricted menus at the other restaurants 3. A bottle of wine on your table would have been nice in the evening rather than keep asking for glasses. Also limited choice of wine in main restaurant. 4. Drinks sometimes didn't seem the same if paying. Eg

Overall a really nice hotel, the location and facilities are the main highlights. The views are stunning with the hotel being attached to a marina visible from the main eating restaurant and views across the sea from the pool area. The sea at the beach front is also lovely and the staff keep all areas clean and well kept. There is also plenty to do, including winery, horse riding and private boat trip, which are paid extras but worth every penny. The water taxi is also a great way to see the village and is convenient and cheap. The village also offers beautiful views and lovely restaurants, and cocktail bars. However, the all inclusive element is limited. Not all drinks and food are included on the all inclusive menu and the extras are expensive. For instance, there is a very basic list of drinks and snacks available all day and the all inclusive menu in restaurants is significantly smaller than the menu when you pay for the restaurant. The buffet in the main restaurant is poor, with the food being cold and unappealing- there is again limited option. The staff in the restaurant are also very slow and it is almost impossible to get their attention for assistance. In terms of day time service, there is nobody walking around the sun loungers offering service which is strange for a resort of this size. There is plenty of staff but they seem to be stood around with nothing to do, often playing on their phones. When walking up to the bar there are 3/4 members of staff there but you can be stood there for minutes before being asked what you want. The hotel has so much to offer and with tweaks it would be hard to beat, however it just does not meet the standards of other 5 star resorts due to the service issues and food / drink limitations.

The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the beach ⛱️ , the food all was/is very good. We went there for the second time in a row, so that says something. Very satisfied for family vacation, it has all amenities you would need, beautiful private beach, play area for children, bawling, cinema. Area for morning running, cycling

Amaizing see water..kids friendly beach Huge resort. Great sunset Great view. Great experience. Good food...we had halfboard..amazing places to eat with a sea view. Cleaning every day ...very good Kids club very good. Verry good AC Even if all the hotel is just a little bit outdated...we felt veery good Acceptable "sand" on the beach. We focused only on the bad reviews...before the vacation....and the experience was way...way over our expectation:))) The staf is very organised..august 2024 ...they made it excelent They are not focused of getting good reviews..unlike other locations where you are asked for a good review. The booking evaluation is bellow reality..the place is near fabulous.
