Amantes Villas and Suites

We really enjoyed our stay here. The days were starting with very good Cappuccino and very good coffee americano made from a real good coffee machine. Villas were perfectly cleaned, Private pools and Main Pool is cleaned daily. Staff is super friendly. Dinner at the hotel was exceptional. Chef is cooking with passion and everything we had tasted really great. We recommend a rental car to explore the very nice beaches within short reach of the Hotel.

We had an unforgettable stay at Amantes Villas and Suites in May 2024. The perfect base for a relaxing stay and/or exploring Chalkidiki. The rooms were clean and modern and offered a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere with a super comfy bed and large bathroom. The highlight was the wooden platform in the sea, perfect for relaxing, and we also appreciated the well-equipped open gym for maintaining fitness routines. Breakfast was varied and we had two delicious dinners in the onsite restaurant. On-site parking is free in the hotel's own parking lot. The staff were fantastic - super friendly, always helpful and willing to give us tips on local attractions which enhanced our experience. Amantes Villas and Suites exceeded our expectations, thanks to the incredible team, and is therefore highly recommended for a perfect vacation!

The facilities are well maintained and very nice. Especially the two bed room villas are beautifully designed and tidy, the cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday. However, we cannot recommend staying at this hotel for a number of reasons. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of the summer season 2023 and you could tell the hotel was not prepared for the season kick off. On our first night, our HB dinner was a joke. We got a small Cesar salad as a starter to share between three people followed by a main course of 5 calamari on fish mousse. We decided to skip desert to go eat in a Taverna close by to finish our dinner. The first breakfast was lovely and well sorted. However, on the second morning the hotel seemed to have filled up and the breakfast buffet was swept empty with no refills due to the lack of staff. We addressed the issues with reception and we saw an immediate improvement. Nevertheless, the dinner remained bland with the same salad every night as a starter and dreary mains with most dishes not having sauces or in general were rather disappointing with no vegetables. On our last evening, it was the tip of the iceberg which led to writing this post. We ordered a bottle of Miraval Rose wine which costs around 50 Euros. When we initially tried the wine, it seemed fine but after 5 minutes of letting it breath we discovered it being as corky, with barely having touched our glasses. The waiter was very understanding and apologized many times, eventhough it was definitely not his fault. The second bottle was great, however when it came to signing the bill the waiter asked us to pay for both bottles. At this point, we were speechless of the audacity. After some discussion, the waiter claimed that the “hotel manager” (who we never met in person despite the number of issues) agreed to only charge us one bottle of wine. All in all these issues unfortunately spoiled our holiday experience at this hotel.

Best family trip for years! Amantes Villas are something different. There is nothing close in North Greece, which can compare to the quality of this place. We stayed in one of the villas - two floor luxury property. Huge living room and kitchen on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Let start with the rooms on the second floor - small but cozy rooms, absolutely great beds/mattresses. The linens and the pillows are 5* quality. Each room has a full blinds and mosquito nets together with personal AC's. The main bathroom is also on the 2nd floor - the biggest bathroom in Halkidiki :) Spacious and comfortable. Big mirror and huge countertop. We were 3 adults and 3 kids and for a second we didn't feel that this bathroom would be not enough for us. A lot of amenities from a premium cosmetic brand (attached are pictures). 1st floor – spacious living room, large sofa, kitchen space and bar space with coffee machine (Nespresso) and cocktail space, huge fridge with minibar options, lots of space for all kind of stuff – food, cutlery, drinks etc. One of the best things in the living room was the Marshall Home Audio System!!! Great addition to the place. Outside the villa you have large yard with home pool. Dare to say that the pool was cleaned twice a day, which is quite impressive. In this relation – the whole villa was cleaned once a day, which is a 5* service. The housekeepers were super kind and helpful, needless to say that the cleanness of the space was top notch! The common areas include huge pool with the main restaurant on the side. The staff the restaurant was amazing – big shout out to Stavros, he made our stay flawless. There is included breakfast on the restaurant with great selection of buffet options. Best part is that the breakfast is until 11:00 a.m.! Beach was small and cozy with a pontoon full of sun beds and sun umbrellas. Absolutely gorgeous – quiet and comfortable! Overall service from the staff was at a high level. The Resort Manager Lucia was absolutely helpful with all our requests – everything was provided on time and with precision. Big thanks to Lucia! Here are some tips for everyone, planning to visit the place – there is a private parking lot, with sun protection, which is right next to the property. So traveling with a car is a safe option! There are villas and suites on the property – strongly recommend the villas – in particular villa 103 – this is the only villa which has an olive tree in the yard, which gives additional shadow and sun protection during the day, not to mention how beautiful this tree is! If you are planning to have a lunch or dinner at the restaurant, make sure you order a little in advance – the restaurant is small and need little more time for preparation, so don’t push the team, but be proactive and order in advance. If you are travelling with small kids, it is wiser to use more often the pool rather the sea beach, as there are lots of stairs to the beach, which can be a nightmare with sma

Amantes is a beautiful place to relax, swim in the pool, swim and snorkel in the sea, sunbathe and generally chill out. It is a group of villas and apartments, not a hotel, with a central pool and restaurant/bar area, swimming pool and private beach / pontoon. There are enough sun loungers for everyone. The floating pontoon out onto the sea is brilliant and the water is crystal clear and full of fish. There is a breakfast buffet (hot and cold) catering for most tastes and staff will bring you additional items if you need them. There is a fairly limited bar menu and evening meals can be booked in the morning with two choices available (or an option to pick something from the bar menu). The food is good, but not sophisticated. The bar staff are very friendly and helpful although a little inexperienced. Amantes are aware that they need to improve the food offering and steps are being taken to do this. Wine (they have a limited wine list) is between 25 and 35 euros a bottle. There is a good restaurant 10 minutes walk away if you need a change (Taverna Sonia). Amantes itself is genuinely beautiful, the rooms are great, and we had a wonderful time. Reception staff are very helpful and will organise taxis or hire cars. We used taxis to get to Nikiti (8 euros), Neos Marmaras (35 Euros each way) and Nea Moudania (45 euros each way). Nikiti has some shops but is a standard seaside/holiday town with seafront bars and restaurants and not much else. The nearest big town / cultural centre is Thessaloniki I think. Would definitely go again.

A magical place! Perfect location, right on the beach with easy access. Lovely comfortable rooms. Delicious food. Super friendly staff. We spent a week there and didn’t want to leave! Only a 5 minute drive to Nikiti with a supermarket, cafes, pharmacies and petrol station. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to truly escape!
