For the price nothing to complain but if you are a cleanliness lover better look for somewhere else. Our family room seem like very long time no people stay, at first go in it smell like not ventilated for quite awhile. You can find stains on the table, bedsheet etc. chip off painting on the wall. It's very spacious though.

Room quite old, too dusty, the bed quite old and dirty also..

no coffee or soap and even cant brush my teeth

Request send shampoo until check out no respond. Shampoo box empty. Please check before customer complain. Feel disappointed this time. Cause I m reqular customer always repeat this hotel.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location other than that, nothing great about it. Bed bug is a major issue. the whole night, we all can't sleep. Some aircond can't be controlled. From bed sheets to the curtain are all old and dirty. Noisy due to the traffic and also people walking up and down. Water pressure is low, and even the door can't be locked properly. Although I'm paying only RM100++ per room but that doesn't mean it's ok to provide such standard of rooms. For sure will not some back again

Bery bad experience with this hotel, because the room is very dirty, toilet feucet is very tight to open. Hopefully management do something about your cleaness hotel and room. Make it like hotel, not Motel! Suitable with your name Suns Inns International hotel.. And also about pool, water in the pool very dirty.

Passed it glory days when it changed brand, now it's really gloomy.

Hospitality is in great condition. Location also okay, has swimming pool also.

Internet not strong, swimming pool not in order, not a good location,

We book 3 room and few time stay .this price don expect too much ..location ok ..if u drive ..

Didn't upkeep maintenance not even the basic necessity like aircond not functioning properly (need to turn on aircond & fan at the same time for whole night), tv not working, soap dispenser without the pump head, towel with blood stain. But, at least reception still serving customers with acceptable level of manner.

The worst thing is "MITE".. Memang nightmare lah. Pukul 3.30 pg x boleh nak tidor lagi. Nampak bersih. Tapi bila masuk ja dalam selimut segala jenis habuk, pasir, ada. Tak guna complain pada hotel. They denied all the complaint. Penuh dgn kesan gigitan mite. Even I lodged complain to trip.com, the hotel still denied & refuse to refund. The pool under maintenance, but they still show us that the pool available. No wonder the other customer complaints when I'm just arrived.
