Todo muy bien

Still here! William and David in reception so helpful and kind. Very peaceful place. So relaxing and quiet. Apartments well equipped. Central for travel to Furengerola, Marbella or Cala Mijas on the bus (2 euros). Best Cafes, bars and restaurants on the main drag by the main road next to Mercadona supermarket. A 20 walk downhill, but a 5 euro taxi back up hill to apartments.

Check in was quick. Although we had to wait for our room. As we were early. We had a 3 bed 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment. With a garden. Which was fab as we had elderly mother with us. Only steps down to front door. Then all one level. Very spacious. Only draw back was there wasn't anything to put anything on in oven or microwave. Cleaners only came in once in our 2 week stay. Which was fine by us. Wasn't told where to take our rubbish. Had to ask for toilet rolls and bin bags. Only got clean bedding and towels once. We just put the towels in the washing machine. Pools were OK but a bit shabby. There is a disabled hydrolic chair for pool. You have to ask life guard. This meant mother could use the pool. Small shop in reception for basics. But we walked to Mercadona and got a taxi back. Less that 5 euros. Reception staff were fantastic, booked us our taxis. As mother isn't good on her feet. Plenty of lovely restaurants and a few bars a few minutes walk away. Never had a bad meal. Everyone that worked in the restaurants were so friendly. And the taxi drivers were so helpful with mother. Rooms may be a little tired. But will definitely go here again. As we thought it was value for money. So thank you to the Ona Campanario staff for making our 2 week holiday so good.

This wasn’t the greatest experience ever. We went away towards the end of may, Me, my partner and my daughter. To find the main pool wasn’t even open until the final day of the holiday. The reception was extremely rude about it and lied to all visitors at the hotel about the pool situation. They told me that it wasn’t open since October. Which as you can imagine came a big shock to me, as the main reason of booking this place was because of the pool for the children. Unfortunately, we had to take other trips outside of the hotel, to visit other places with pools and activities. This then became expensive and unfortunately didn’t allow us to do what we wanted to actually do on the trip. I will be requesting a refund of some sorts from love holidays, who never advertised the pool being closed.

Clean and friendly hotel, decent pool area with lifeguards. Felt like a snack bar would have been beneficial. Oven etc all worked but no chopping board or oven mitts and some missing utensils. Definitely recommended but you should consider the above if planning to eat in a lot

What a beautiful location and lovely place to stay. The beds are comfy and the showers really good. The pool area is lovely with 3 pools to choose from ranging from baby pool to adult pool. It could donwith a few upgrades to rooms as no air con in the bedroom, but fans available from reception (although only found this out on the last night haha). The sun beds are a bit old and some damaged but overall I would recommend this place for a holiday. It is on a hill and the local supermarkets along with selection of bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk, the beach is about 20 mins away on a walk down the hill, but is quite steep coming back up. Would definitely come again. Beautiful holiday for relaxing by the pool
