very worst even the basics was not provided properly
shower hand flush was not working it was blocked.
no bedsheet was provided toilet was unclean .it was a horrible stay pls avoid this hotel if u want a peaceful stay
lift was not working.
on informing the staffs about the complaint they were very rude and arrogant

No basic amenities present in the room. Reception people are not polite. I stayed the same hotel before but this time it was not that good.

Just ok..! We stayed for one night. The room was decent, but there were mosquitoes and the bathroom was not clean. Overall average, but works if it is just a quick stopover.

1. Hotel was clean 2.People booked through online are not treated equally as compared to those who did direct booking 3.We had updated primary guest via customer care which was not updated as per hotel records 4.No courtesy to allow 1 hour of late check out citing we had booked online 5.Nobody attended call when contacted through the number registered 6.Highly differentiative treatment if booked online, was made to wait long for room allotment

A/c not working, had to shift room 3 times, it seems they have a timer and the a/c does not work more than 10 minutes continuously. Bathroom rooms very poorly maintained

The staff in reception was very rude, he judges people based on the mode of booking. Worst experience in my life. Moreover toilet is not cleaned properly.
