Beautiful place and great Turkish breakfast

Kahvaltısı çok iyi değildi. Açık büfe sıcakların soğuduğu, ya da soğukların sürekli dışarda durduğu kahvaltılardan genellikle kişisel olarak hoşlanmam. Serpme olması tercihim olurdu. Ama genel olarak konumu ve tarihi yapısı açısından ***et güzel bi otel.

Güzel

I fully appreciate the historical renovation to make this old Han a comfortable hotel. The arcade gallery halls above the courtyard are beautiful. But I was surprised that the large restaurant (enclosed) courtyard allowed smoking. When I went to breakfast there were people smoking next to and behind the table I chose. My room was a corner 'suite' - which meant it had an extra kind of nook that barely had room for a small chair. I opened one of the windows for night air - but because I was on the side of the hotel that backs on to a street where delivery trucks come and go for a nearby grocery store, the early morning noise was especially bad. The painting on the cross vaulted ceiling was lovely. The bed was clean and comfortable. But the bathroom did not have hot water, no matter how long I waited - and such poor drainage that the whole bathroom floor was soon a puddle. The hand-held spray device was cosmetic - not even attached to real plumbing. Though there was a room service menu, it became very clear with one call that there is not really room service at this hotel. Indeed the restaurant staff seemed rather grumpy or bored at all times. There should be a relationship with the fabulous old hammam next door to this hotel - but apparently the hotel and hammam have no coordinated booking. I stayed here one night and am sorry to say I was glad to leave.

It was a very good opportunity to have this different hotel alternative in Sivas. A han was converted to a hotel after a successful restoration and we had a chance to experience an old han and so travel back to history. The room was large enough and breakfast was satisfactory. The personnel makes a part of the success at a hotel and the hotel's personnel was friendly and helpful.

A very well restored hotel without spoiling the historical texture is in the centre of Sivas. Very close to everywhere. Some of the rooms are quite small, but this atmosphere is worth living Elevator and disabled entrance are considered for disabled guests…

Yer mükemmel hizmet harika , gerçekten çok güzel bir işletme halinde , kahvaltı bir tık daha iyi olabilir , bu lükse çok klasik kalmis , orayı gelistirebilirler , haricinde hersey güzel dizayn edilmiş ve pratik bir şekilde kullanılmış otopark ***et yeterli

Garsonlar çok ilgililerdi hepsi bizimle cok güzel ilgilendiler ben tiftik burgeri denedim ve efsaneydi ekmeğine varana kadar sıcacıktı herkesin denemsi görmesi gereken bir mekan herkese tavsiye ediyorum bizimle ilgilenen herkese tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyorum

Gerçekten harika bir mekan . Binanın tarihi olmasıda çok ayrı bir hava katmış . Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve özenli , yemeklerde ***et lezzetliydi .Hem otel hem restoran seklinde . Otel odaları çok hoş ve çok temizdi . Herkese tavsiye edeceğim bir mekan mutlaka gelmelisiniz .

Çok güzel bir oteldi.Odaları güzel dizayn edilmiş ve en önemlisi temiz bir oda ile karşılaştık çok güzel bir avlusu var restoran olarak kullanılan kalabalık ve lezzetliyli beklentimizin üstünde bir hizmet her zaman ziyaret edeceğiz teşekkür ederim.

İşim gereği her ay konakladığım otel son konakladığımda otelde bluetooth kulaklığımı unuttum yolda fark ettim aradım odayı kontrol ettiler unutulmadığını söylediler ancak orada unuttuğuma eminin aynanın önünde unuttuğumdan emindim. Bugün tekrar aradım personelle tekrar görüşebilir misiniz belki bir hata yapmış şeytana uymuştur dedim dün görüştüm unutulmadığını söyledim tekrar soramam dedi Aralıksız 3 senedir konakladığım işletmede artık konaklamamaya karar verdim dikkatli olun lütfen değerli eşyalarınızı unutmayın!!!

Önce Sabah kahvaltısına , aynı günün akşamında akşam yemeğine geldik yemekler enfes hizmet hızlı ve kaliteli ve çok temiz özellikle bizimle ilgilenen Eren bey, samimiyeti ve güleryüzü için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz
