Skaneateles Suites Boutique Hotel

This is a very small hotel, boutique style. It is very close to town and walkable to restaurants and shops. It is very clean and well managed. The lady in the office who greeted us (Julie) was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary snacks in our room. Very nice hotel.

We stayed at the Skaneateles Boutique Hotel with 2 other couples for a birthday weekend overnight getaway. The Hotel staff was very responsive and texted the morning of our stay the details for checking in. They also allowed us to check in early, and the desk clerk was super friendly and welcoming. The Hotel was very clean and rooms were large and accommodating. The bed was a King size and also very comfortable. The was a mini fridge in the room that was stocked with complimentary snacks and waters and juices. There were additional snacks downstairs that were also complimentary. Such a nice touch. The Hotel is walking distance to just about everything downtown, and we were easily able to walk to the shops, the lake, and to dinner. We also were able to get up early and walk to The Patisserie for some fresh croissants and coffee. Such a delicious bakery!! The staff texted us when we returned home to say that we forgot some items in the room, and offered to mail them back (we would pay the postage) to us. We were so happy that they asked us if we would like them to do this, rather than just throwing the items away. We would highly recommend the Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a nice getaway. You will feel safe, comfortable and happy with this choice.

One of the few instances of what you see is what you get. Beautiful room, comfortable. A minute walk to lake!!! Every detail is thought out. Complimentary snacks and beverages, candles and matches for the jacuzzi tub... Spotless and clean. Highly recommend!!!

We planned our first trip to the finger lakes region and found this hotel online. So glad we booked here. It had fantastic accommodations. The bed was so comfortable and had the best sleep ever. We were close to the many attractions and restaurants in the area. Their hospitality was exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Just a quick trip but what a wonderful find. Clean, bright, spacious, quiet room; no hustle and bustle like chain hotels. Excellent location to reach downtown shops and restaurants. Will definitely be our pick for the next trip to Skaneateles!!

We loved this hotel and will definitely come back. Recently renovated, the hotel is well-appointed and spotless. The bed was comfortable, there’s lots of storage space, and plenty of hooks in the bathroom. The room was very quiet; we didn't hear a peep from people in the other guestrooms. The hotel is located on a quiet street just a block from downtown - a short walk to the vibrant restaurants, shops and waterfront. Five stars - don't miss the Skaneateles Boutique Hotel!
