We had a dog friendly room which was fantastic. Liz & (Grumpy) Paul could not have been more helpful and you must try Paul's steamed eggs in what is a brilliant breakfast. In the heart of the village and a few minutes walk from the beach the position is great too. We would definitely recommend Sea Air.

Lovely place to stay within walking distance of Chapel Village and a bus stop close by. The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. Our family room was clean and comfortable with tea-making facilities. Breakfast was nice, and cooked to order, with a range of cereals and drinks on offer. Would recommend and will be staying again.

What a lovely couple, so friendly. Really like staying here. A lively comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The owners were very hospitable and took time out to talk to me. The hotel is situated in a great licathandy for all the bars, clubs and amenities.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Ayr even though the weather was atrocious. Beds were comfortable. Dining area was a good size but personal enough to be able to house us all, showers were lovely too. Both hosts were welcoming and friendly with helpful local information and encouraged us to bring takeaway into the dining area. My only gripe with this was a kettle and teabags/coffee etc could have been available too so we weren't toing and froing up and down to the bedroom.

Fabulous sums up everything about this. Looking at the feedback it's all been said before but must add my appreciation for the steamed eggs! Lived up to expectations. Wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights and will be back as soon as possible

Lovely weekend break with excellent hosts Mark and Liz. This B and B is in an excellent location between the Village Green and Trench Lane which means it’s close to all amenities. Our room (1) Was at the back of the building with a small shared balcony with a great bathroom. The cooked breakfasts were great with cereals or fruit to start followed by cooked dishes. It was really nice to spend the time chatting with other guests and the hosts which was a valuable source of information about the local area.

Lovely weekend. Thank you Mark & Liz who are so friendly, for making our stay so enjoyable. Everything was perfect , from the breakfast which was delicious to the comfort & cleanliness . The hotel looks amazing now. So welcoming we will be back

Just back from a 2 night stay and had a lovely time. Mark and Liz are so friendly and welcoming, hotel is very clean and tidy, lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. You both have come such a long way from when you started and should be very proud of your achievements. Well done. Tracy x
