We had a wonderful stay at Kolios house. A hidden gem. Zoe is an outstanding hostess and her attention to detail is superb. I explained my dietary requirements and she had shopped to ensure we had items for our arrival. Cant thank her enough, absolutely brilliant. Our apartment had the most beautiful view of the bay and the little cove was a delight and never an issue to get a sunbed. Thr apartment was well equipped. A short walk to taverna's and right outside bus stop 15. We had the most wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️

Spent 5 nights at Kolios House - what a gem on the island! Stayed in a garden suite that looked over the bay and what a wonderful view. Suite was extremely comfortable and clean with all the facilities one could ever need - the shower was probably the best shower we have enjoyed across many of the Greek islands. A few steps down to a private beach to enjoy the sunshine while a bus stop directly outside to take you into skiathos town- so easy and convenient. Had some meetings to attend on Zoom so the excellent Wi-Fi came in really useful. One of the best stays we have had on the islands. Zoe the host owner was fantastic organizing car rental and medication for my wife - really appreciated! Kolios house is fab and best value for those wanting a laidback holiday on Skiathos x highly recommended 10/10!
