Absolutely fantastic stay Joanna and Magda are so accommodating kind and helpful- the studio we stayed in was immaculate- we’ve booked again this year for 12 days - The crazy rooster across the road what a fabulous place - also the supermarket so convenient and lovely polite staff- don’t leave it too late to get the amazing fresh bread from mamma Mia bakery 🥰

Beautiful studio apartment - very modern and stylish. Kept very clean by the lovely lady who cleaned meticulously every day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for 9 nights (should have been 11) but that’s another story! We requested a late check out room and were told we would know 24 hours before our departure. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible as they were fully booked. Imagine my disbelief when we were told that between checkout at 11am and 7.30pm (when our transfer was picking us up) there were no toilets or showers on site that we could use! I have travelled quite a lot and never have I come across a hotel/apartments that have no facilities at all for guests who were in the same position as us. Later on in the afternoon I also noticed that 3 rooms seemed unoccupied! This place deserves 5 stars but the lack of facilities and customer care really lets it down. These issues need to be addressed quickly.

Stayed here 5 years ago and returned this August. All the rooms have since been refurbished to an excellent standard. The rooms are spotlessly clean, every day Fadalia the maid (lovely lady) comes in cleans everything to a high standard, regular change of towels and bedding. Panagiota is the owner who is also lovely and nothing is too much trouble. There are 12 apartments with a swimming pool located in a quiet location, with easy access to lovely tavernas and restaurants and small supermarkets. Would certainly recommend here for couples/friends. Can’t wait to go back

Lovely quiet apartments, which were kept very clean and situated on the flat and within walking distance to the restaurants, beach, supermarket and bus stop. The maid does a wonderful job (forgot her name) and cleans the apartments daily, with towel and bedding changed on a regular basis. The pool is fairly small but ample for only 12 apartments. Never a problem of not being able to get a sunbed. Ideal location for couples looking for peace and quiet, although I did occasionally miss having cocktails as there is no onsite bar. We hired a car for the duration of our holiday (Alpha Rentals in Skiathos were brilliant). So we were able to see most of the island and lots of different beaches, which would not have been accessible with the bus. Having said that, the bus service is very good. Agía Paraskeví beach (closest beach to the apartments) is very nice and not overly busy. Although you do need to get down there fairly early to get a sunbed, which cost 20 euros. The beach bar is nice too, although the toilets are porta loos and not very inviting. We hired a self drive boat from the beach which was great and cost 120 euros for the day plus fuel used. Plenty of watersports also available on the beach. Tips - take plenty of mozzi spray. Be prepared to pay for air con as it is so hot, cost 60 euros a week.

We had a fabulous week staying at Paschalis. Very peaceful location, with just 12 apartments. The only noise being the cicadas, cockerell, birds & owls! Rooms were spotlessly clean with everything you needed. Whilst peaceful in verdant surroundings, the apartments are only 5 minute stroll to the restaurants & bars of Agia Paraskevi and bus stop 16. There are also restaurants a stones throw away. The closest supermarket is right turn out of the apartments & a short walk. There is no bar at the apartment however Jimmy's bar is right next door, offering breakfast too.

My husband and I stayed here for 12 nights in June and had the most wonderful time. A family run business with Magda and Joanna, who are amazing hosts and really can’t do enough for you to make your holiday a memorable one. They even managed a daily Greek lesson for my husband who is learning the language. Our studio apartment was spotless, as was our bathroom and shower. There was also clean towels and bed linen every 3 days and the kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook. The pool, bar and snack area were equally spotless as were the gardens. All food served was fresh and made to order. Joanna was great at recommending local restaurants in the area and Skiathos town. There is a small charge for Air Con and safety deposit box if you want them, but this is very reasonable. Kollis beach is a 10 minute walk, as is bus stop 15 that takes you to Skiathos town and other areas. Buses are every 15 minutes, cost 2 or 3 euros each way but can get busy so avoid peak times if you can. Many guests come back yearly to the Veronica studios and we now know why. We absolutely loved it here and would highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday. Adrian and Michaela

We enjoyed our holiday at these lovely apartments so much we have booked to return again next year! Super clean rooms with modern bathrooms. The pool is set in a beautiful garden and Joanna and her family make you feel so welcome. There are lovely walks close by and all the restaurants we tried were of such a good standard. We love the Greek islands but Skiathos is really special! We loved every minute of our stay! Clare and Andy

Absolutely loved this place, such a peaceful place and I managed to get more meditation in than I do at home with such peaceful resort especially in the morning. My anxiety levels went down compared to when I got home and am back in UK as I was so relaxed in the peaceful resort especially with not many rooms. Food made by them is exceptional and can't fault anything, shop just on doorstep and restaurants nearby. Already re-booked the same day we got back for next year with our 2 friends. Thank you Joanna and family you work so hard and we miss you already Rachel and Brett ❤️

Wonderful stay at Paschalis Studios in Agia Paraskevi! Location was lovely! Very peaceful and best accommodation I've ever had in studios in Greece! We were welcomed by Panagiota and immediately felt at home and as though nothing was too much trouble! Fidalia kept our room immaculate and obviously took great pride in this! Towels ,linens changed regularly and everything cleaned scrupulously. Situated at the end of a quiet road ( except at night when there were typical rural night sounds..which we quite liked actually!) There was an clean pool adequate for swimming and keeping cool and plenty of comfy sunbeds! There were also some lightweight sunbeds we used to move to shade under the olive trees. The beach was lovely also and only a short walk away! Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and all in all we had a wonderful stay Yammas ❤️
