Beautiful hotel, very clean room. Excellent location, only a minute's walk from Papadiamanti str but still quiet in the night away from the noise and fussiness of the nightlife. Staff super friendly, kind and very accommodating. Loved it!

A fantastically located hotel in Skiathos town in a quiet area yet close to the centre. The decor of this hotel is excellent and the rooms are beautifully appointed and kept very clean. The garden area is delightful and the staff are exceptional. Highly recommended.

This holiday apartment block is in a quiet street but just. 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street and restaurants, and about 5 minutes walk from the port. The apartment is decorated in a lovely modern style and everywhere is very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, very friendly, very convenient location for the town. Cute garden area. Nice breakfast available. Absolutely no complaints at all. Vivi was super helpful and looked after us wonderfully. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday once again.

We stayed 3 nights, very clean, great location and most importantly great host. Vivi helped us with a map and all necessary instructions. I wish I could visit this place every year! You won't regret staying there!

We booked the one bedroom apartment and it was fabulous .location is perfect right in tbe centre of town but set back on a quiet street so we slept so well . Towels and bedlinen changed frequently so you could have fresh towels every day if required. The walk in shower was fabulous and the bathroom very modern. There was a lovely modern garden with comfortable furniture which we used on a couple of occasions . The apartment was spotlessly clean. Vivi on reception was friendly and helpful and could answer questions and queries. This id by far the best apartment we have stopped in in the town and we would not hesitate to book again or to recommend it to others .Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.

What a lovely stay we have just had at Iris. The hotel is spotlessly clean, bright, modern and in a great location with parking, which is always a bonus in town. Vivi on reception is absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful, just couldn't do enough for us. We had a large Superior Room on the first floor with a full size bathroom and always constant hot water. A nice furnished balcony and useful washing line. Only a 2 min walk to Papadiamantis Street, we are already looking forward to returning next year. A big thank you also to Dimitris for great email communication and map directions to the hotel. Highly recommend this pretty hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Christine & Tony Mander.

We were welcomed in the reseption upon arrival by taxi from the airport (15€). A virtual guided tour of the island ( on a map 😀) with information on differnt beaches and other places worth a visit. We stayed as a family of four in a Masionette. Practical with a bathroom on each floor. The hotel was foun very clean, both in our room and in public areas. Good location in a short walking distance from everyting.

We arrived at Iris hotel apartments in Skiathos Town on the 7th June for a duration of 10 nights and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy ....a lovely room with a small terrace onto the garden area ,was perfect for us .As for location we couldn't have been better positioned ....for a short walk 50 metres took you to the main tourist street in Skiathos town. Vivi at reception gave us a very good informative chat in regards to the room and hotel and also tips on getting round the island ...She was helpful and polite 😊😊...we had a marvelous stay ...but missing already and looking forward to a holiday next year at Iris apartments, regards to all, Peter and Sue Clarke 😀
