I want to take this opportunity to thank Zoe, Mikaela and the team at Telis Hotel for a FANTASTIC holiday last month …… the genuine warm Greek hospitality that they welcomed us with, was very much appreciated The friendly atmosphere, professional guidance & caring help with anything that we requested was superb and they are an absolute credit to your company The cleanliness of the hotel was truly exceptional, the pillows / towels and the ‘gratis’ coffee were of the highest quality and the high-end level of customer service was of a 5 ⭐️ premier hotel or resort ……. also, the central location for the gorgeous beach, great restaurants, local bars and the bus route being right outside the hotel was brilliant The only 'very slight' downside of our stay was the lovely smell of the home cooked bread, croissants and pastries that were coming from your kitchen every morning ..... please open a coffee shop on your terrace, so that your guests can taste the produce that is being lovingly baked on the premises ❤️ THANK YOU ALL FOR A LOVELY HOLIDAY

We booked the room as self catering, but when we got to the room there was no kettle or toaster, we mentioned this and were told there were no spares for use, fortunately we have a friend in Skiathos who lent us them, so that was no longer an issue. There is an issue with getting to reception and the rooms if you have mobility issues, we did have our cases taken to the room. the lighting in the rooms could have been a lot brighter and maybe fit a shower hook to hang the shower on. the only complaint would be the kettle and toaster issue, but overall the hotel was very clean, really good views, the staff were very friendly, if you don't have mobility issues then i would recommend staying here.
