Skiathos Avaton Hotel, Philian Hotels & Resorts

All of the staff were really lovely and super helpful. Hotel is good and clean. Breakfast and food form the restaurant was great. Good location, walkable to town and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

A group of 8 of us stayed in the Avaton hotel (4 couples). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were spotless and the whole hotel was very well kept. We stayed bed & Breakfast, the quality of the food was excellent, but what was most impressive was the service. From the Receptionist on arrival to the bar staff they were exceptional. An example was the breakfast service. It ended at 10.30am and at about 10.20 the staff were still filling up the displays and making sure it looked inviting. Then at 10.25am every day, the staff would walk round every table and advise that the food was about to close so give you the opportunity to get any last minute food or drinks. (This is highly unusually as most hotels just want to close the food down as quick as possible.) It is about a 20 minute walk into Skiathos town, which for us was enjoyable (you can walk on the beach) but for anyone with mobility issues taxi's were readily available. Thank you Avaton, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This was a beautiful quiet hotel and it was a perfect location in Skiathos as you could walk to the town and beach! The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay and always happy to help. Special shout out to the receptionists, Alice and Betty! There are two little dogs outside the hotel who are owned by the building and they are so sweet and I loved seeing them every day, I could have taken them home with me! Be sure to take them a little treat in the morning ❤️
