Casa Blue Hotel, Philian Hotels and Resorts

This was my second visit, the first being in 2020 (covid year) Overall a much better atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a roomy modern bathroom (although typically Greek with a dodgy fitting doors!) The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. The room was cleaned every day, getting clean towels, every other day or two would have been fine for us. A pleasant buffet breakfast in either an airy breakfast room (despite being underground!) or a lovely enclosed garden. The receptionist, Koni was lovely, very helpful and friendly as was Lenia. The Hotel is situated in an ideal location,just off the top of Papadiamantis St. and a couple of minutes walk to bus stop 3.

A great little hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was a good size and cleaned daily. This hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, from the town centre bars and restaurants and from the bus stop. A great base for a holiday, would definitely return.

Premetto che nn siamo per nulla persone esigenti , anzi , raramente ho dato una stella nei luoghi del mondo dove siamo stati ma qui......leggendo le recensioni degli altri ho notato che , al contrario di noi, le persone si sono trovate bene , forse perché abbiamo fatto solo una notte ma ciò nn toglie la mia nota negativa su questa struttura. Camera abbandonata , bagno pieno di ruggine ovunque , mobilio vecchio e rovinato dall'acqua della doccia .....vista dal barconcino su un muro che finiva nel giardino esterno ......le alette del condizionatore non funzionavano e per frescare l'aria ci metteva un bel po'....la posizione l'unica cosa positiva , vicino al centro pedonale in una traversa in fondo alla strada , camera ampia e semplice , colazione niente di ché, le stoviglie erano lavate male.....altra nota positiva della struttura ben attrezzata per persone disabili , mi dispiace ma a noi nn è piaciuto affatto....

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un breve periodo, camere pulite, personale gentile, punto di forza la posizione in pieno centro, colazione grazie no, se ve la includono nel prezzo ok, se la vogliono pagata rinunciate tranquillamente non ne vale la pena. Consigli per un soggiorno a Skiatos : l’affitto di uno scooter, ci si muove liberamente e si possono visitare le tante spiagge, prezzo medio 15/20 euro al giorno, molti affittano un auto ma si hanno grossi problemi di parcheggio. Costo del Taxi aereo porto , centro 10/15 euro.

Άθλιο δωμάτιο! Καθαριότητα ανύπαρκτη （ μύριζαν τα σιφώνια του μπάνιου） , το ψυγείο χαλασμένο και όσες φορές παραπονέθηκαμε μας είπαν ότι είναι μικρό και δεν έχει ψύξη, το παράθυρο χωρίς ανακλιση. Το πρωινο πολύ φτωχό για ξενοδοχείο 3*. Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα ποτέ ούτε θα το σύστηνα σε φίλο/φιλη
