I spent a fabulous weekend at the Devonshire Fell with my sisters to celebrate my younger sister's 60th birthday. The rooms are spotless, quiet and comfortable with amazing views over the countryside. We had dinner in the restaurant both nights and the food was delicious, as was breakfast. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We visited the village of Burnsall and walked along the river (gorgeous views), and also drove to Bolton Abbey. We also spent time in the spa at the Devonshire Arms hotel, a short drive away (available to guests at the Devonshire Fell) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Spas are often overcrowded but the booking system ensured that this one wasn't. Overall a peaceful, relaxing weekend in beautiful surroundings. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Devonshire Fell, The Rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were really comfy. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, Especially Luke nothing ever seemed to much, The Two waitress on Friday 27th Evening service were absolutely brilliant. They were very busy but they didn’t let it show. Breakfast was amazing nice sausages definitely locally sourced. This hotel isnt overly busy which suited me perfectly as I struggle with anxiety so I never became overwhelmed once. Village location is fantastic and the views beautiful. Great hotel to stay in if you want to visit Grassington and then come back to peace and quiet.

My wife and I stayed at the Devonshire Fell Hotel for a short break on our way to the York Christmas Market. The Hotel is set out in the middle of the Yorkshire country side and is such a delightful place to stay. The entrance is warm and friendly with a lovely log fire greeting you as you go in. The Staff, especially Dani and Luke were so helpful and friendly. Our granddaughter was with us and no matter what she asked for they were able to provide. The rooms are large , although in need of a little modernisation , but so very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

As soon as we arrived the service was excellent. Danni welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. I must give a special mention to Luke, upon hearing it was our anniversary he got the guys in the kitchen to do us a special anniversary dessert .....THANKYOU so much

A beautiful setting for a delicious afternoon as part of our daughter’s 19th birthday celebrations. Food was beautiful and more than enough - we had to bring a doggy bag home! Special thanks to Nicky for her professional, impeccable and friendly service. Highly recommend the Devonshire Fell and hope to return for one of the hotel’s bed, breakfast and evening meal offers soon as the setting and views are just stunning!

We were greeted from the door and escorted straight to a bar table to have some drinks before our evening meal. We were then served by Vivienne who took care of all of our needs. She was very knowledgeable about all of the dishes and made great recommendations on which dish to pick. Amazing service from her and all involved that made our evening pleasant.

An absolute beauty of a hotel. Clean spacious with everything I. Your room that makes it home from home. Downside I felt the rooms too warm. But hubby said perfect but he feels the cold. Beds are comfortable showers are amazing. Breakfast is wonderful and plentiful. The whole hotel is warm welcoming and staff are brilliant. Only downside I felt the evening meals were over priced, portions small and lacked excitement

What a find this was. Came highly recommended to us by friends who are regular patrons here and we were not disappointed during our three nights stay 'back home in Yorkshire' for our first visit here in 20 years. Incredibly well run with very friendly staff who go out of their way to make things special. Very comfortable and spacious room with magnificent fell views. The dining options and breakfasts are exceptional as is the location of course. This was a true delight run with high standards of yesteryear. Enjoyed all that the location offers including the complimentary car park pass for Bolton abbey. The barn owls display at dusk was a true wonder to watch sat in the verandah restaurant overlooking the countryside.

Another fabulous couple of nights stay at this hidden gem. Beautiful surroundings and scenic walks. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is very clean and rooms beautifully appointed. Pet friendly with treats waiting by the reception and Pawsecco or Bottom Sniffer beer available to treat your best friend. 😍 Bowls treats towel poo bags and a new ball all in your room. New Bistro menu is a great alternative to the a la carte menu. The village centre of Burnsall only a few minutes walk with a pub by the river serving good pub grub. Surrounding highlights are Bolton Abbey and the market town of Skipton with its castle and canal cruises.
