The room was in Herriot House. Very comfortable, very quiet, easy parking but wish I'd known I could have chosen another room for the same price which was bigger but I wasn't given the choice on the web page so best to ring. However lovely place to stay, very relaxing, opposite the train station and a short walk into town.

Friendly staff, good food, super room overlooking canal, handy for town centre. Next to Morrisons and B&M, lots of local pubs serving food. spacious room with large bathroom complete with bath. Good sized car park. Wine a tad expensive Bring back Wine Down Wedensdays

We had our wedding at this venue in June 2024. It was amazing and the staff were brilliant. From the day we booked the wedding through to the day itself, the staff were so helpful. The venue is brilliant and thr food was excellent also. I'd definitely recommend this place for a wedding or social event. Decent breakfast too. Thank you.

We enjoyed a four night deal for bed, breakfast and evening dinner which was great value. The hotel is in a great location across from the railway station and on the Leeds/Liverpool canal. Easy walk (5 minutes) into town. Good size car park. We had a good sized double room on the first floor overlooking the patio/beer garden. Very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities. Rhubarb restaurant was lovely and the food was excellent. Nice bar area with a good range of cocktails.

A group of ramblers stayed here for 5 nights. I personally didn’t stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant, Rhubarb, three nights of the week so I thought I should review. It wasn’t so much the food, which was good, but the quality of service overall which was excellent. The staff there, a young team, were really, really helpful, showing exemplary custom service and a confidence way beyond their years.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable, food delicious and reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. Perfect spot for walking to Saltaire. Right on canal and close to train station for train back. Breakfast and dinner were perfect.

We stayed here for one night we stayed in the compact room big enough for a couple clean and tidy staff were lovely polite and helpful I would recommend this place to anyone. And it is a lovely walk into Skipton via the canal Skipton centre is a proper country town with some brilliant shops and restaurants.

The bedding is great quality, so soft, quilt nice and light. Only needed single room but it had everything I needed, great shower. Staff were extremely helpful, food great, really loved the steak and mushroom pie, great quality beef, pastry nice and light. Great Chef . Will definitely be returning 😃
