Platsen är stor, frukosten var anständig, poolen på övervåningen såg ut att vara i ganska bra form. Sammantaget bra för pengarna och skulle stanna igen. Tyvärr hade tv:n strömsladdar klassade för andra länders uttag, så tv:n fungerade inte alls;(

Fördelar: Bra läge, nära den klippiga stranden, färjor till Valetta, busshållplatser, stormarknader, många restauranger och barer. Det var de billigaste alternativen i området vid tiden för mitt besök. Nackdelar: bekvämligheterna på övervåningen är inte väl omhändertagna, poolen och jacuzzin är inte särskilt rena, inomhuspoolen var stängd. Inget varmvatten i duschen. Frukosten erbjuder många olika alternativ vilket är bra (frukt, flingor, engelsk frukost, kallskuret, grönsaker, muffins, etc.) men de är av mycket dålig kvalitet.

It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth. The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother with the roof terrace either, pool and tub waters are murky and don’t seem sanitary. I saw other peoples reviews and pictures and realized that I got the most OK room the hotel could offer. My next door neighbor was chain smoking in his room, and firstly the reception staff refused to do anything about it and bluntly said to my face that they won’t enforce hotels policies. But the reception manager next day helped me deal with the situation and was very nice and helpful in general about other touristy inquiries. Haven’t had breakfast, so can’t comment. Overall the hotel is okay for what it’s worth, but I recommend checking the room before accepting it just to be on the safe side. But it’s pretty obvious that it’s reasonable to expect what there is at this price point.

By far one of the worst places I’ve very stayed. Don’t bother booking the supreme room. None of the extras are available. Provided tea/coffe but No kettle. Fridge broken. A/C / heater not working. Room stank of cigarette smoke, when I asked to be moved they gave me an air freshener. The staff are lovely, but the hotel and management are old dated and inept. Everything is damp and mouldy

Lifts were not always working. During my stay, i had a few days where I had to walk up and down the stairs a couple of times. One would get fun and then break again. Hot water was not reliable. I had to leave running for half an hour before getting mild warm water.

For the $53 per night that we paid we had everything we needed. The room was plain but  adequate in size, shower, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, refrigerator, small balcony, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool, sauna. Easy to get to get to. Dont remember if a breakfast was offered because we ate in our room. All we wanted was a clean room and a place to come back to at the end of the day. The Windsor hotel was perfect for us.

This budget hotel was very good and met our needs and requirements. Staff excellent in hotel, cleaning and breakfast are. We appreciated the Windsor and would stay there again. Thanks Lawrence 514 room

it was a good experience, with one exception, I had some Italian girls as neighbors, absolutely rude, they talked very loudly almost screaming,incessantly , especially late in the night...someone threatened them with the police without any result. I think the hotel management should do more in this regard!

Tv not working, even after asking to be checked.  Window not closing properly. Lifts not working well.  Front office Staff not trained.

Check in was relaxed and friendly, the room was exactly as needed for our short stay and was clean and tidy. The hotels location is great, just a short walk from loads of great bars and restaurants. Would happily stay again.

It was an epic stay! Good service, nice staff. There were some minor issues like the bathtub pluge broke on us and the wifi was slow but considering the price we paid, it was all worth it. This is a good hotel to stay at:)

I booked this hotel in August 2024. It was pre paid, and confirmed on my end, unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel in Dec 2024, the front desk staff said that we do not have a confirmed reservation.  They collected a cash amount to us to be able to let us in the room. They don't accept card and they have asked us to withdraw money from outside, and it was night time already and we do not know the place.  We reported it to Trip.com. They were very helpful.  We stayed there for 3 nights, and they asked us to pay the total amount of the 3 nights stay, and then eventually Trip.com

For a reason i can’t able to travel so they do not provide refund. That’s not a good thing

The service was weak. The rooms don’t have kettle to make coffee or tea. Their pool wasn’t something you wish to use. The crew was nice.
