Svar från boendet: Dear Guest,We regret to note your unfounded declaration, In respect to the missing €150 from your luggage. After discussing with you this issue around 10:00am, in the presence of our front office receptionist, whilst checking out, you brought to my attention that you found the money missing. Your first statement was that you lost the money from three different places, which you have told to our receptionist. On the phone then you told me that your money was in a plastic bag in your closed suitcase. In your review you stated that your suitcase was left open by your true self. As is clearly stated on the phone and clearly noted on a signage in your room and in the lift, money should have never been left in your luggage, especially if left open. It is a worldwide accommodation policy that personal belongings should be kept in the safe. It is very unfair to say that The Management refused to do anything, when I took your personal details in order to investigate further to the situation. There is no sufficient evidence that money where stolen from your luggage.
