We always stay at a Premier Inn hotel everytime we go on a holiday within the UK. The hotel in Slough Central South is the best. First, the room and the amenities in the room are clean. The water kettle doesn't have harden limescale on the inside and very clean. The A/C and under the bed is not dusty. I always check these as I have allergic rhinitis. The pillows are fluffy and the beddings are very clean. Second, the staff were all smiles as soon as we approached the reception. We feel so welcome and valued. We were not intimidated just like in the other Premier Inn hotels that we've been. They make us feel important and special. The lady at the reception offered us to book dinner or breakfast but we said we will think about it as we don't usually eat in the Premier Inn restaurants. But the best experience was with restaurant. We haven't tried having dinner at any Premier Inn before as it is challenging because I have 2 kids with special needs. Both of them are picky eater and the youngest is non verbal and impatient. Since we are all exhuasted from our travel and also because the staff are very accommodating, we decided to give it a try. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and they even gave my toddler crayons and paper to play with so that he won't get bored. They are very patient with us and very respectful. They offered the meal deal and also other options. Though we got the meal deal, the food portions are bigger than we thought even the children's meal are big. The food is very tasty as well. My kids love it and ate a lot. My husband and I enjoyed the steak and the dessert. I don't usually have dessert cos I don't have a sweet tooth but sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream is the best. We really enjoyed our dinner. At the other Premier Inn Hotels that we've been, we feel intimidated and frowned upon because of my toddler's constant screaming as he is non-verbal. But the staff the Slough are very patient. It is also the first time my toddler ate a lot at hotel restaurant. We usually get the unlimited breakfast and eat very early so that there won't be lots of people and the other Premier Inn hotels usually runs out of food near the end of the breakfast time. But the Premier Inn in Slough is different, we woke up late on our check out day and went to breakfast around 9:30am. We were expecting that there will be less choices but it's the complete opposite. There are still lots of food choices eventhough breakfast time is almost over. Staff are refilling the pastries and juices and always making sure that there are still food available for the remaining guest having breakfast. I love haggis and it is usually the first thing that runs out at other Premier Inn hotels but it is still available when we ate. The food is cooked properly and very tasty as well. I love their croissants and my kids love the pancakes. The croissant looks and taste freshly baked. Also, we can see that the food is properly prepared and clean as we
