Slough工業區裏的酒店，因為離總部工廠近而入住，旁邊一家印度餐廳不錯。酒店基本沒服務，全靠自助。

The staff were friendly, which was nice. I was sent here on a 5 day course by my employer. What is unfortunate is the quality of the food. On my previous visit several years ago I got food poisoning from an evening meal. On this trip I observed several of my fellow course attendees display the same problems I had previously experienced. You literally eat the meal and pray for the best. No restaurant should have this many cases of hygiene related problems in the Western world. I expect it in Thailand, but not here.

Worst experience in this hotel. The managers are bad and specially the hotel manager Hadis. Very bad service. Don’t go. This is a discrimination place and there is no food hygiene. I saw people eating food in the kitchen which is not great. So in short don’t go.

Excellent night's sleep as usual Bed so comfortable and pillows like clouds Great choice for breakfast and good coffee I've come to like PG tips too Staff lovely and helpful and always smiling whilst attentive Really poor wi-fi sadly is the only complaint

People above so loud stomping around was woken at 6 am the room is like a tin Nice size room we had water and a fridge Bed comfy duvet nice and warm pillows like rock not comfy at all Parking easy just a walk from the hotel Found the room nice and clean no issues other than the person stomping around like an elephant no consideration for anyone else Stayed here before with no issues Ate food down in the restaurant service very slow but food ended up tasting nice - £36 for 2 meals and 2 soft drinks

Well what an amazing experience. I was so nervous staying away on my own for 3 nights for a local course. I felt so much at home very welcomed by all. Staff are so helpful and really attentive. First day I had an air con issue which was resolved in minutes. Every restaurant visit was greeted with smiles and exceeded expectations. Every inch of the hotel was clean and well presented. The acting manager dealt with my air con issue very fast and was just lovely. Many staff members called me by my name like who would usually remember that they must have so many people here.

What amazing hospitality by all at this hotel, Check in super quick rooms spotless, breakfast next morning spot on. Considering it was a big event the team was calm and professional. Amazing 💜……………………………………………………………………………💜……………………..

Stayed here for a week whilst on a training course last year. The rooms are the standard Premier inn, but they are nice and have a comfy bed and everything you need. The breakfast was nice each day and the dinner was really nice. I had a nice stay and would stay again if I was there for another training course.
