Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor recensioner

The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.

Nice clean hotel, has a good size room and bathroom. Plenty of parking spaces, even for large vehicles. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for your service . 10£ for parking per night is not inviting . 6£ charge for a single use of very limited gym facility  is a rip off and not appealing . On the positive side comfy bed

The staff were terrible huge misunderstanding leaving me and my 1 year old stranded an hour away from home uneducated staff didn’t solve the issue caused by their night staff horrible service

Have stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation. One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers.

If the windsor is too expensive to stay, here can be an alternitive. The building is old.

Though everything was fine with the hotel. I was told on arrival I had booked the wrong room type for myself, partner and 7 year old daughter. Even though on my booking it said 2 adults and a 7 year old and I made a note it was her birthday. The booking also stated max capacity in room 3. Max 2 adults, soda bed for a child. There was a pull out sofa bed, but when we got up to the room, it wasn't made, I called to get bedding and was told I booked the wrong room...I said you just checked us into the room downstairs and saw I had a child with me, you even just wished her happy bday! I said where do you expect her to sleep? They said they would move us to a family room but we're too booked. I said I just need bedding for the sofa bed in here, he said they don't have pull out sofa beds,I was confused as there was one right in front of me! We then eventually at 9pm got bedding Sent up....but no one made the bed, they just dumped in on us. I also booked a room with a city view? Which we couldn't see-only a roof of a building. Whilst most things were fine and they did eventually sort us out. With a tied 7 year old after a long day it wasn't the greatest way to start our stay. I'm not sure if it's a problem the hotel end or the booking via this app?

It was a very good experience

We stayed 2 nights as easy access to legoland. Price did not include breakfast. The indian restaurant on site served delicious and service excellent. We ate there on both evenings. Price was good . Extra charge for spa access but worth the price. Lovely hotel .
