Sofia Balkan Palace recensioner

Very good location, huge room, and good breakfast. The only negative thing is the hotel is in critical need of more service personnel for cleaning up the rooms (according to Front Desk) and check-in had to be delayed till 15:00, not a minute earlier.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town. It took us some time to find the entrance to the hotel because of reconstruction process that is going on near the hotel. Parking area being very small was fully occupied, therefore we had to search for public parking area. The room was a little bit dark and one mirror element (part of wall decoration) was broken. Cleanness in the room and in the hallway leave much to be desired. Breakfast was very good: well organised, good service with good variety of food.

Just be sure you get renovated room, becouse old rooms is really old what i see on first floor where is gym.

Excellent hotel at the city centre with many nice restaurants nearby and a good choice for business trip, but the room is a bit old and AC doesn’t work well.

The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

LOCATİON İS GOOD

Great location but rooms are dated and if you want to relax in your room there are only 5-6 channels on the tv 3 of them on Bulgarian language. A/C wasn’t cold enough.

清潔で申し分ない客室はもちろんですが、外から見て建築物としても非常に美しく素晴らしいホテルでした。 ショッピングストリートも、ネフスキー寺院やソフィア教会などの観光スポットも徒歩圏内です。

這家酒店，沒有設施，沒有人打掃(3日只打掃一次，電話請都不來)，沒有吹風機(call 了4次要等一小時才到)，最後連冷氣都沒有，找他們幫忙叫車去機場的服務都沒有，只叫我們坐taxi, 以後都不要訂，中伏的酒店

前台和餐廳工作人員熱情專業，服務意識強，酒店的地理位置十分優越，到所有景點都可以步行到達，早餐非常棒，豐富多樣並可口，可以邊吃早餐邊欣賞對面的聖週日教堂。我們訂了三個房間住了三晚，雙床房重新裝修過，大床房還沒有重新裝修過，牆紙有破損，但傳統設計風格加上街景我們很是喜歡。
