Great place love the decor really nice. staff was so friendly and welcome hope this place keeps their great staff

The room is big and clean, highly recommended. It has basically everything u need, and the view outside the window is also good.

It’s good that can late self check in and have a free private car park🚙👍🏻

The picture we saw on the trip.com were different than the room. Trip.com calls it apartment or hotel, but it was neither apartment nor Hotel. In the picture it shows dinning table and chairs and kitchen with sink, but it did not have any of these. We were there only 7 hours. We were completely disappointed with *********** and Trip.com in Sofia Bulgeria.

the room was satisfactory at a whole, esp with the little balcony attached for a small laundry zone, electric water kettle for making hot tea, a small refrigerator for use, a big plastic bucket in bathroom and hair dryer provided. The lightings are bright enough. TV also offered a few channels. if a microwave or a small oven could be provided by the hotel for customers reheating their takeaway food or bread, alongside with a mini size folderable tea table, they would definitely earn an extra score by all customers.

Las habitaciones estaban bien, excepto que las camas eran finas como el papel, lo cual se nota la madera del somier y es muy dura y unas almuhadas pésimas. Por el resto muy bien.

ambiente pulito, l’ubicazione è abbastanza strategica per la vicinanza con i mezzi, ma se si vuole andare a piedi non dista molto dal centro. Il check-in molto comodo e pratico perché è self-service ma se nel caso avessi bisogno di qualsiasi cosa si può chiamare il numero dell’hotel e ti risponderanno subito, quindi perfetto!
