Entrance hall, kitchen-livingroom, air heat pump, toilet and bathroom. 2 bedrooms, both with two beds, sofa bed for 2 in livingroom. Well-equipped lakeside sauna building: fireplace room with sofa bed for 2, wine cabinet, air heat pump, steam room (wood stove) and shower. Hot tub, wood heating, in terrace, can be booked at extra fee 90 € / two days, additional days 14 € / day (contact the owner). Hot tub is not available when the temperature is colder than -15 C°. Grill hut has kitchen equipment and LED lighting. Wood shed at yard. Lepovalkeinen is a cozy, well-equipped cottage, location in peaceful area. Cottage's own 11 fairway frisbeegolf track. A rowing boat and a canoe (few life jackets available). Two bicycles available, children´s kick bike, sandy playing field in front of sauna building and different indoor and outdoor games for whole family. There are for example coffee maker, kettle, toaster and Airfryer in the kitchen. Electric car charging station 11 kW type 2, own cable must be included. Notification of the need for use in advance for the owner, if necessary, a charging tag will be left at the cabin. The price of charging electricity is 40 cents/kWh. Payment directly to the owner according to consumption Gently sloping plot with well-groomed passageways, duckboard path from sauna to pier. Beach is well suited for children. For winter outdoor activities, a kick sled and 3 pairs of snowshoes. Ähtäri Zoo 38 km, Keskinen Village Shop 64 km, Salamajärvi National Park 91 km. There are surveillance cameras in the yard of the cottage. The cameras are only on when there are no customers in the cottage.
